I guess the only thing that could have made the transaction better was the wait time for delivery. Times are different when purchasing a vehicle these days and we understood and accepted this. Mike kept us informed throughout the whole process. Financial service with Scott was seamless and we met the sales manager on our way out. He made us feel at home. Excellent Service by fowler hyundai. Buying our first car was a challenging decision we had to make regarding the make and model. After visiting several dealerships, we went to Fowler Hyundai. Mr Rahul greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel comfortable. We had a million questions regarding almost everything and Rahul answered them with utmost professionalism. He made sure that we were at a peace of mind all the time as it was our first purchase. Rahul explained everything about the car (Elantra) and also went out of way to get our purchase ahead of promised delivery date. Scott from finance also assisted us with great professionalism regarding our car finance and gave us bunch of options which we were expecting. I recently purchased and took possession of my 2023 Tuscon from Fowler Hyundai. Words cannot describe how satisfied I am not only with the vehicle but Blair & Kevin my sales team were fantastic. They made my purchase and vehicle pick up super smooth. Never have I experienced the time they put into going over the vehicle, making sure I had a tour of the dealership, unfortunately it was a Saturday so service and parts were not open that day but I was able to see where they are located in the building. They were patient, answered any and all questions I had and followed up with me on my purchase a few days later. Thought I had really broken my headsup display but Fowler mechanic had it fixed in no time - no attempt to upsell or deceive. I live 1.7 hours away but chose Fowler because of reviews. Service manager was polite, efficient and kept me informed. I met a couple of other long time customers while waiting and both spoke highly of your business. I'll be back.
