Very uncomfortable shopping when the workers stand at the end of the aisles and when you do choose a product they come and take it to the counter did not feel welcomed there and watched staff do tgis to other shoppers not a very thought out tactic. Will find a better place to shop next time

Awful customer service I was unsure of what to buy only to have something recommended that needed developer. When I asked she said that it didn’t need any so now I’m out $50 for nothing. As someone who claims to have her hairdressing certification misleading the public is not cool. I will no longer buy product from Sally’s ever again.
