Our office recently switched printer companies and upgraded to a Xerox Altalink C8030 and we couldn't be more pleased! We have all seen a major improvement in the quality of our colour prints and our scanned documents. The printer has the capability to connect to Docusign (which is a HUGE bonus) and I can print documents right from my phone.The service we received was nothing short of 5-star! Mark and his team made the change seamless for us. They booked times on multiple days to teach the office how to use all the different features so no one was left to their own devices.Highly recommend!!

We've had many different photocopiers over the years, our latest one from Red X is one of the best. The copier arrived on time and was fully integrated with our computer system prior to their technical services team leaving our site. We are also impressed with Red X's community involvement.

We love our new Xerox copier! Spenser is great and very quick to respond to any and all questions. The copier has so many fabulous features for both our staff and our customers (Public Library). One of the most appreciated features is the ability to scan a document and email directly using the copier so no need to save to USB :)

Mark did a great job comparing what we were currently doing in our office with our printing services vs. the alternative that he can provide. We have definitely saved $$$!Any issues we have had are all resolved quickly and Phil is always quick to stop by if we need something in a pinch.Red X doesn't forget about their customers after the sale...Highly recommended!
