Excellent customer service. Rafaela was amazing and very helpful. I bought leather sofa set and she went well and beyond explaining everything to me including warranty options which I decided to purchase. Delivery was supposed to happen in 3 weeks. She arranged it in one week. Thank you Rafaela. I am very happy with my purchase. I have bought before from Leon's and I will buy again.

Had to buy a fridge under some urgent conditions on Sunday. Went to Leon’s Vaughan where I’ve had good experiences before. This time we were assisted by Karen Francis, who did an incredible job. She was so knowledgeable about all the products benefits. Her help was invaluable, patient and understanding. She elevated the whole experience and set the bar so high! Terrible and scam!!! Don't buyI went here 2 years ago and bought a sofa bed for 2500 and they advised me to buy a 5 year warranty as i have 2 small children. A warranty of about $400 will help me fix rips, sagging cushions, damage, or anything else the sofa needs in 5 years. I happily agreed. but he lied. My sofa is very badly damaged and can't sit now because the quality of the product is not good. I called up hoping my warranty could help. but they refused and said the 400 warranty only helps me sew the outer skin. they just want to sell as much as possible and don't take good care of their customers.

Karen is an excellent sales representative. She is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. She pays attention to small details and is always willing to help out with whatever needs a customer has. Shopping at Leon's Bass Pro Mills was suave and easy. Garima who had met my wife before me for a prior sales was nothing short of expectations. She advised and gave us the best deal there was and we're better off for it. We're still enjoying our furniture and hope to return for more in no distant time. Thanks Leon's keep on keeping on!!!!

I have been customer with Leon’s for over 20 years. I recently purchased a mattress Leno’s recommended to buy the mattress cover perhaps I won’t like the mattress I can exchange. I came today to exchange I meet Sharon Lombardi sale representative who very professional, friendly , knowledgeable and very helpful helped me to choose the a mattress which is very comfortable and high quality. I truly appreciate their help. I recommend everyone to purchase from Leon’s not only you get good quality also receive excellent service.

Lucky for a person that does not like shopping we came across AARON,The most pleasant sales associate I have ever dealt with. Very detailed oriented and he has personally followed up with every interaction.Extremely pleasant experience with this sales associate.
