Alley Cats Hotel

My cat Louie normally doesn't like being boarded and comes home stressed and weird. The Alley Cats Hotel is one of only two boarders that I've ever used where Louie comes home happy and normal! The building is so clean and well-equipped, it is clearly run by people who love and understand cats. Highly recommend!

What a great place! The staff was so kind, and the place is immaculate, cozy and well-run. My favourite part was the “kitty cam” app where you can watch your baby 24/7! I’ll definitely be bringing my cat there again.

I’ve tried a few cat hotels in the past, and I found Alley cat a couple of years ago. They are amazing with my cat lola and chase. Chase Hass to take pills every day and they are very good about giving them to him on time and he takes a while from them the people that work there and take care of the cats are so sweet and loving to my animals. I never worry about them when they’re there. I also like the fact that they have cameras in each room that I can check on my cats whenever I want, I would highly recommend anyone to take their cats there, and I will be continuing to use them. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my babies.

I cannot recommend this cat boarding facility enough! The staff here took amazing care of my cats during their three-day stay. Not only did they keep my furry babies feeling happy and safe, but they also went the extra mile to accommodate their unique personalities and preferences.One of the coolest things about this place is that I was able to check in on my cats using my smartphone and see them in real time. It was such a relief to know that my cats were in good hands and having fun, even though I couldn't be there with them. Plus, the staff were always happy to answer my questions and update me on how my cats were doing.If you're looking for a cat boarding facility that truly cares about your furry babies, this is the place to go. The staff are amazing they really knows how to do this job well, the facilities are top-notch, and your cats will definitely not feel alone.I'll will definitely be using their services again in the future!

We had a fabulous experience with Alley Cats! They took great care of our boy during his three-week stay. It was amazing to be able to watch him live through the app. We would definitely use this service again.

This was my first time leaving my cats alone and I was very nervous at first but seeing my cats in the camera it made me feel so much better. The customer service was amazing and they replied to all my emails very quickly. Their update email with pictures of my cats made me feel so glad i left them there. Every one was so kind and I know they all love what they do very much. Over all this was a great experience for me and my cats when I go on vacation again I will for sure leave them at alley Cats again.

The facility is excellent - great sized rooms and kept very clean. The staff were responsive and friendly and obviously cat lovers. They were also quick to check in when my cat was showing stress behaviours the first few days. I am thrilled to have found Alley Cats Hotel after some bad experiences with other boarding locations - they are well worth the drive from Vancouver. The most telling thing i can say is that after a 3 week stay, my cat was happy to see me, but didn't seem to want to leave! :)

Such an amazing place! You can see that they love cats. We love the live feed on our phone. Our baby is always relaxed and happy when we pick him up. Super secure, clean beautiful building and amazing views from there rooms.

We love it at Alley Cats - and Goose does too! Our furry family member has stayed at Alley Cats three times (so far) and we sleep easy knowing she's being well cared for.Cats get a private room (with an outside facing window if you book far enough in advance) and one-on-one play time with the staff.
