I had an amazing experience with Dumitru. We completed a walk through inspection and he was extremely thorough, spending ample amount of time and not rushing, while answering all questions I asked. His walk through inspection was better than my full inspection I had done on my previous house. Dumitru was extremely personable and genuine and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dumitru and Jeremy were such a team provided me with a very comprehensive, easy to read, easy to understand, inspection report for a house I was purchasing. Dumitru and Jeremy took their time to make sure every inch of the house was inspected, any concerns had some concerns and they addressed that with me one on one.They took the time after to walk me through my areas of concern and address them with me, and sent a report a few hours later that was very professionally presented. Thank you to Dumitru and Jeremy for a job well done. I would highly recommend the team and will most definitely use them again.

We were referred to Dimitru by my sister and we recently hired him to do a home inspection on an older home. Dimitru was knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. He took the time to conduct a really thorough inspection, explain all of his findings and then answer all of our questions. His report was an integral part in our decision to purchase a home. It is so hard these days to find people who care about the services they provide, but Dimitru is an exception- he cares and it shows!
