we called them after a fire mishap and they said they will charge us $500 for entire apartment (1.5 bedroom apartment) we agreed as my 5 month old baby has eczema and husband has asthma..they ensured us that when they leave house will be baby safe and i wont have to do a single thing which was the deal and said they will move furniture and do a thorough job and deep clean.. they came 2.5 hours latewhen they were done i thanked them and they left i immediately called them that they forgot to clean kitchen cabinets that had fire extinguisher residue. they apologised and said they will come clean next morning. i noticed that the the room they charged us for was only superficially done and it had dust particles (the things that i had left werent moved as i found baby diaper where i left and rattle too which i dropped by mistake).. i left them a few voicemail messages when they didnt pick call up..when they finally did pick up i started explaining all the things that they hadnt done and how i have been cleaning since 3 hours , making sure my daughter doesnt have another cough attack ,he said it will be airborne particles i said but when we made a deal you did say it will be completely clean and so many cabinets were left and room was dusty and it didnt seem they did a thorough job and they need to fix it he hung up on me and hasnt been picking up my call ever since..even though last night they did say they will come today to do what they forgot in kitchwn.attaching pictures and videos..

Very personable and friendly. I have hired this company three times, each time giving them the benefit of the doubt for a better result, but left feeling unsatisfied.The first time was for a move in clean, I felt they did a good job with the clean but was surprised with the fee of 250$ when there was no furniture and the clean only took an hour and half. I was also a bit surprised as they were a few hours late and did not offer any discount for the inconvenience. They told me their regular clean fee was cheaper so I decided to try them again.This time I booked well in advance to make sure they would come on-time. Again I was disappointed as they showed up 5 hours late after many calls and texts asking them for an updated timeline. I had family arriving the next day so it was stressful that they didn’t arrive until 5pm that night. They explained they had staff call in sick so I let it go,even though it was frustrating. They were understanding when we had a confusion with payment, so although again them being late was unprofessional I felt ok as they seemed apologetic.Decided to try them one last time. This time booked the first slot in the morning with the logic that they would have to be on-time as it was the first appointment. Again they showed up 3 1/2 hours late and it was me having to contact once again to ask when they were coming. I realized this was a pattern and it seemed they have trouble arriving on-time which is a big problem if you have clients waiting around without notification.Although the clean was good, the unprofessional timeline will stop me from hiring them again.

SQ Cleaners scammed us and now refuses to answer phone calls or emails. DO NOT waste your money.Note that most positive reviews are given by accounts with only one review. A big red flag .Situation: My mother paid for a full house clean for myself (with two cleaners) before the Christmas holiday. She went over details and even paid extra for him to 'do a good job.' I was told to simply call to book an appointment in early January. (And this was my Christmas present, being nine months pregnant and very much looking forward to bringing baby home to a clean house.)I called to set up an appointment and confirmed address, length of time for the clean, etc. and made arrangements for my dogs to be out of the way of the cleaners. He responded early in the day, then close to the appointment time (3:30 on a Saturday), I was suddenly unable to reach him via phone call or text.My husband and I waited for two hours without a returned phone call or text until one woman showed up at 5:30pm. - two hours late. This was a. a riduculous time of day for someone to be cleaning your house, b. not what we had paid for, and c. completely unacceptable to show up that late with no notice. We told the woman we would rebook.The 'owner' of the company finally answered my call the next day and said he was overseas (what?!) and that it was a 'miscommunication with staff issue.' He said he would etransfer the money back as we were no longer comfortable with him entering our home...but couldn't do it fo a week because he doesn't deal with etransfers. (Note: He was certainly able to accept my mom's money via etransfer in the first place.)Now he is dodging all calls and emails. I have accepted that we are out a clean and my well-meaning mother is out financially, but I want people to know this guy is a SCAMMER.DO NOT CALL SQ CLEANERS.

Efficient, affordable, fast and thorough! I'm a dental student and when I got back from a 3 week trip my house with the unpacking was an absolute mess, I called in 2PM that day and I was able to have the business owner come in himself at 5PM the same day and what an outstanding job he did! And what blew my mind is that it was at an incredible price for the quality of the work. What was most appealing is the fact that they don't charge per hour, they charge for cleaning the whole apartment. I've hired people before and have had terrible experiences where I paid the same amount for 3 hours of work and only my kitchen was cleaned- believe it or not. My second experience was a very chatty hire that spent half the time talking and the cleaning job was poor. I'm sticking to squeaky cleaners until I graduate, I was able to start off the semester with a beautifully clean home. Thank you so much!

Remodeled and make over my business and had SQ cleaners do the cleaning after the work was completed. It was highly recommended and I was not disappointed. Amazing work. I will tell everyone I know in my industry about you for their cleaning needs Thanks

**AMAZING** I have Hired SQ for a few years now. I well not accept any other company to come clean for me. They pay attention to detail. My landlords have even commented on how clean they leave the homes. I recently moved and when I got to my new place I was not happy with the level of clean so I called SQ cause I know they actually know what they are doing. I love the feel of a clean home. I now will have them come clean every 2 weeks cause they are that good. Thanks so much SQ. YOU ROCK.

My partner and I just finished moving. On about our 4th day of packing, and trying to deep clean at the same time, we were exhausted and so fed up. I reached out to SQ cleaners to see if there was any way they could squeeze us in before our final walk through with our landlord. Corey got back to me within minutes, saying they could come the very next day. They cleaned our one bed/one bath sized apartment (we had pets as well, but no carpet). As we did the walk through with our landlord, they were deep cleaning the sides of the stove and fridge, getting all the cat toys out that were stuck underneath, etc. The place looked great. It was such a great price, they got the job done quickly, they were extremely friendly, and our landlord was impressed! It was an easy experience start to finish, and I'm so thankful Corey and team was able to help us out, on extremely short notice, it saved us a huge headache. 100% recommend!

Cory and team were fantastic! Despite previous reviews of them being late, they were 100% on time. Cleaners were super friendly and professional. Had requested that eco-friendly products were used due to environmental illnesses in home and they happily obliged. They really took the time to provide a thorough and detailed clean, and even cleaned an extra bathroom that i hadn't requested, but did need work. The quote that they provided was more than reasonable for the work completed. I'd be happy to hire them again in the future.

I guess I'll start with them being an hour late. We had a 600 sqft 1 bedroom apartment (the online price list, listed it as $100 flat) We brought a move out list from our landlord which on their website they said they would do (for an additional $40) They didn't do half of the items on the list. It wasn't until almost 11pm that they were done, which means my 3 year old had to come with us to go review.When I went in for my walk around I noticed the floor was still dirty in the main hall, living room and the utility closet and I had to ask for them to mop it. Mopping wasn't done properly, nothing that was stuck on was scrubbed off they just mopped over any build up, and mopped around things instead of under/the full floor. And walked all through the kitchen with dirty shoes after the kitchen floor was wet/mopped.They didn't do the light fixtures like they said they would or change the light bulbs which we went out and bought while they were there. They didn't touch the heaters or baseboards. They said they cleaned the doors, but they only did 1 side of the doors and NONE of the closet doors. We asked for a wall wash (for an additional $50) which they offer on their site as a full wall wash

I am reviewing my comments on the response of SQ Management and must say that it was a “Very bad customer experience”. Let me explain, I booked a Moving Cleaning Service a week before for Oct 21, 2021 on the recommendation of someone and I was given a discount also by the person attending the phone. But on Oct 21, 2021 when nobody showed up till noon, I called the number and was picked up by a lady who said my service is booked for 2pm. I waited till 2:15 pm and no one from SQ cleaners showed up. Then I kept on calling them and nobody picked my phone. I had a flight next day and before that I had to handover the house to property manager. Management of SQ Cleaners can’t understand the stress I have been through. And now they say they never heard of me and should review my comments?????
