Cf moto 800 classic went out first time broke down 7.1 km on it..no customer service told me to bring it to another dealer not to happy new bike and this happens...have to give 1 star to post..I would give them nothing...

We brought our chainsaw there as the carburetor needed cleaning as well as a tune up. They took our information, but never called us when it was ready or to confirmed the charges before doing the work. When we called after a week wondering if it was ready, they said that we never gave them our phone number , that it was fixed and there's was a charge of $80...
