Always fully stocked. Customer service is hit or miss. Some staff are friendly and helpful while others are not.

Awesome location. It's nestled in the corner of a plaza with an Ok amount of parking spaces among the establishments in the area. It's one of the smaller Dollaramas, but it's also among the quietest in off peak hours, as well. Plenty of inventory available.

I had a very bad experience here. As soon as i walked in i was screamed at. I was shopping here with friends and recently moved from America. They accused me of throwing products on the store because of the students by the high school nearby. Then she said she hates me and i should never shop here again. Never go here for your own good.

good location. was camping and i could find lots of useful camping things in this Dollar Store

Cheap goods and unprofessional staff. Reported broken merchandise that squirted a weird liquid. The associate claimed it's not her problem because the public try out their products. She kept making excuses about not being responsible because she's a cashier despite being able to inform the other associates and complaining about getting allergic reactions to broken merchandise. No idea why it's so unprofessional and lazy even though anyone working in retail work to remove broken merchandise to avoid getting sued or worsem

My usual go-to place in Markham. However, today around 6:25 pm, the cash register was unattended. Wanted to a couple of minutes and slowly there was a line of a few customers. Still, there was no store associate to serve. Finally, a girl with glasses came and took another 3-4 minute stop to log in. She called someone else but still, there was no acknowledgment or communication with 8 paying customers who are impatiently waiting to pay and part. No customer service and nosey associate. This girl wasrude and with no aporeciation. Finally another lady served me.

Every time I go here, there's this lady who always follows me every time I go inside the candy aisle. I find it creepy and annoyingly especially when she's always asking me or my friends if we're buying candy and if one of them say no she'll just kick them out. I'm probably never gonna come back to this terrible store even if the prices are so cheap like I'd rather buy candy for a higher price at garden basket than deal with the people who work there.

I feel like this is one of the worst Dollarama’s to go to! I went to this dollarama with some of my friends during our spare and we were just shopping as usual and this lady comes up to us and starts paging us about playing with some toy! We were gonna buy it alongside some other items we needed, and she start telling us that we aren’t kids and that we shouldn’t be playing with things! I get that there are some customers from our school that have probably made it a little difficult for the workers, but that is no way you come up to a customer lashing out at them about looking at a toy! She then proceeded to talk in a very harsh and rude tone! If you go to this dollarama, you might wanna think twice as they might judge you to. Idk what to say, but no matter what, you should never start yelling at a customer in a rude tone and tell them to do your job!

Always a great place to pick up items that you need at a very affordable price. The place is always clean and organized. The staff are very nice and always willing to assist with your needs or questions. Best chocolate bar prices in the province. While not everything is a dollar you still get a great price. I find some hard to find things that I need for work here which is super!!
