I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement one week early to ensure delivery on Mother's Day for my mother-in-law. She was home all day, yet when I chatted to her nothing had been delivered. She contacted me around 6 pm to say she had received a call from Edible Arrangements that they could not deliver that day, and to make other arrangements. Not only did her gift not arrive, but they actually called HER instead of me to tell her and ruin the surprise all together! I called on the first business day after Mother's Day, and a lady answered who could not speak English. I called back later and finally spoke to a manager. I was justifiably upset, however I remained polite when I told my story. The manager was unapologetic for the whole event, which was really the most disappointing. Simply saying I am so sorry this happened

Lady who I’m assuming is the owner was so wonderful and kind. The only thing more delicious than the arrangement was her attitude. 5/5 strawberries cut into stars.

When I placed the order, I had said to drop it off before 2pm.. they had not dropped it off when i called at 2pm, they said they were busy.. at the end of the day when they dropped off the box of chocolates teddy bear and ballons they were so kind to give my daughter an extra teddy bear and ballons and fruit. Thank you edible arrangements for being so generous and the teddy bear was so beautiful

Amazing place to shop. It has great quality unique products. Does timely deliveries. Love the birthday combo of chocolate dipped fruits, normal fruits and balloons. Love to see flowers along with other combos. But overall I am very satisfied with it's services.Definitely shop online at Edible Arrangements again.

This location had great customer service! There was a small mix up on my order but I was very surprised by how the company handled it and went above and beyond to make up for it:) Amazing customer service and the fruit boquet was perfect. I would highly recommend this Coquitlam location:)

Ordered a valentines gift 2 days in advance only for the delivery person to call me at 10:30 pm to ask where (outside of a gated and locked compound) the bouquet could be left. He also told me that the flowers I had ordered were missing.I find this absolutely ludicrous and I'm surprised they're still in busines

Received this as a gift. No issue with the fruit but the packaging is deplorable. There were 50 plastic skewers that hold the fruit, styrofoam and cellophane wrapping. Really! Need to find better sustainable options. Not something I would order as a gift for someone else.

Quite disappointing to learn than deliveries are in the afternoon not AM hours. Placed an order 2 weeks in advance for a Birthday, expecting the person would have some nice fruit for breakfast. There is 0 information provided on delivery times, luckily I called to follow up and found out the delivery was going to happen at a time way beyond what was intended.***Do not place an order unless the person you're delivering to is doing absolutely nothing and staying home all day, possibly until late afternoon***The most disappointing $150 spent so far
