From the moment we walked into the showroom, the team at Wicker Direct treated us like family. The selection was extensive, yet they listened to our needs and guided us to buy the furniture that would best suit our new deck and lifestyle. The craftsmanship of the products is outstanding and far surpasses anything we’ve seen at any big-box stores. We have no doubt it will last for years. Custom cushion options were also available for our outdoor dining chairs. We’ve just set up our new sectional, coffee table/ottoman and expandable dining table and chairs and cannot believe how stunning it looks! Thank you so much Wicker Direct!

Bought our outdoor patio set from WD in 2020, contacted Ranj September of 2022 due to some defects we started noticing on one of our pieces. We cannot believe the amazing service we instantly received even though we had purchased the furniture 2 years ago. We really appreciate WD working with us and making sure we remain happy customers. I would definitely recommend wicker direct! Ranj and Parm are very honest and direct. Their product is top of the line and reasonably priced compared to anywhere else and all their cushions are sunbrella fabric. We purchased a sectional, fire table, love seat, and coffee table. They added one little cushion and furniture covers. The furniture came within 4 days in great condition.

All the staff at WD were great to deal with and were very knowledgeable of their merchandise. Furniture was delivered in a timely fashion and we love how it all looks. Easy to unbox. Umbrella was very easy to put together.

Bought a full wicker set from Ranj. Had it for 5 years now, still looks brand new. Can’t beat the quality. Went back Couple years ago and picked up a napoleon bbq. Another amazing experience! Easy deliveries both times. Thank you! Can’t wait to see what you get next!
