Great customer service. Fair rates for rental. Service desk was very helpful and clear about what they provided. Good follow-up with confirmation calls and texts. Will definitely use them again, and recommend their services. Thank you

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Everything started out well with the initial delivery, but that quickly changed. As we got closer to the pickup date, I contacted the company to double check what all payments would be coming out of my account. I was told one thing, and then there were additional charges taken out of my account outside of what was discussed. When I called to inquire about this, I was given the runaround, they had to listen to the calls to be sure that I was telling the truth, and guess what? I was. Their error caused my account to go into the negative and they told me it would take 7-14 business days to get it back. I'm a single mother and am on a limited income. When I asked what they were going to do to attempt to rectify the situation, the answer was nothing. This came directly from a manager. So I asked to speak to the manager's manager. When I did so, I was told He's not going to tell you anything different". I've worked in Customer Service

The booking was very easy and the person I talked to went out of there way to be very helpful and gave us the best deal he could. The container showed up when they said it would and it was immaculately clean inside. No worries about getting our stuff dirty. So far everything has been super good and would use them again no problem. Highly recommend using this company.

Service is friendly and scheduling accurate, along with timely notifications about pick ups and drop offs.However, mistakes were made with a few important details. It took a few phone calls to straighten out things.Also, the containers are smaller than what the sales people tell you. I measured both inside and outside the unit and it was smaller either way. They will tell you that the 16' box will fit items for a 3-4 bedroom home. No way! I've moved many times in my life and I know how to pack stuff for maximum space usage. Their estimates are grossly exaggerated!Would I use this service again? Maybe, but with more realistic expectations now that I've experienced how it all works.

ordering process was easy and all associates I had an interaction with pleasant and professional. Order w2as cancelled due to the change of moving plans, therefore cannot comment on service reliability.

Great value, customer service and move changing. This was one of the best decision we made when it came to moving. They brought the cube to our house, let us keep it there for 2 weeks to load at our own pace, picked it up and dropped it off at our new location. The customer service reps and the drivers were great to deal with. Plus note, nothing had broke on transport. I will 100% use Cubeit again.

The Cubeit Unit was the perfect size for storage when we were renovating. Delivery came very early in the morning but was not positioned as requested. They came back the same day to correctly line up the bin in my driveway.Cubeit gave me a great pricing for the first month. When we requested the pick up after the second month Cubeit gave us excellent service in picking it up the next morning.I would highly recommending using Cuebit unit for storage versus renting a storage locker as this is more practical and convenient.

I wish the cubes were bigger. I had rented 2 of them with many of my items taken to family’s homes for cost effectiveness.Otherwise, super convenient & every point of contact from booking to delivery and pickup was super friendly & helpful. Keep in mind that when you need the cubes delivered back to you (if you don’t know your possession date) you may not be able to get that date! I was lucky enough to be able to work around it. Would recommend 100x over. Thank you!

I initially had a glitch when I booked on the system through Costco, but when I got through their customer service, everything went smoothly once Kaia looked after me. She was patient, extremely helpful and made the start of my experience something to look forward to.Brad delivered my container and was friendly and personable. He explained everything clearly on what to do and how to operate the container. He is someone who takes pride in what he does and does it well!Raissa and Mark were the people I also spoke with in customer service, and they were also extremely friendly and helpful when I decided that I wanted to extend my use of the container. They made the process seamless and stress free - which is just what you want when you're dealing with a business.I am so happy I went with Cubeit storage. They really made me feel valued as a customer, they listened, and they made my process uncomplicated. It's wonderful when you get to deal with great people and this is what this business has.I hope that Raissa, Kaya, Mark and Brad get acknowledged for being outstanding in what they do. They represent this company well.If you need storage with 5 star service, Cubeit is your answer!

I would 100% recommend Cubeit. The services were very affordable, the customer service was excellent and friendly. Staff was knowledgable and I was contacted for details about my specific wishes. Everything was followed through and so my move went smoothly! I really liked the texting feature where I was notified before, and after deliveries were made. I didn’t have to wonder what was happening, I was always being informed. Being a Costco member was just an added bonus as I was able to get a $50 gift card for using the services.
