Explained everything clearly and honestly. Went the extra mile to help locate sources of leaks. Told us what would be worth my investment with approx pricing and rebates as well as what wouldn’t be worth it. Knows his building codes pretty much off by heart for the year the house was built.

My NRGwise consultant arrived on time and set to work immediately. He gave me useful information and answered any questions I had. I appreciate his knowledge and his recommendations.

Utterly useless company. I booked an energy audit. The guy came. Did the thing and said it would be 6 weeks to hear back. They are backlogged" since the new program started. I said that's okay. Its now been 3months with zero contact. I reached out to NRGwise to follow up and they said the advisor hasn't provided any information yet. I ask for a refund then they conveniently tell me I would have to deal with the advisor itself as they are just a company that helps get the contractors booked. They essentially have no hand in the pot. I then ask for the man's name and then phone number.... they do not have a phone number on file. All they have is a personal email address. They have run away with $600. I have waited over three months and I still have zero idea what I qualify for. I need this sorted ASAP so I can start lining up contractors and getting quotes. Truly pathetic. What a scam."

The audits were well done, but that's where anything good ends... Have been waiting months for NRGWise to submit documentation to the government program. They will not or cannot resolve.Through many, many emails and calls I get only broken promises to resolve.Go with any other program. Recommend you avoid this organization altogether.

My entire experience with this company was wonderful. John explained everything clearly and concisely. He was also very respectful of my home and family while he was working. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.
