Martin was SO incredibly fast at coming to see the issues we've qbeen having with our garage door. He gave me my options and offers fair pricing, not to mention put me at ease as to the issue. Concept doors took over our maintenance contract a little over a year ago, in that time they have been able to address every concern that same day and keep us going. our main door operates 100+ times per day!

The technician was very friendly and got the work done that was needed. (After having a lot of recent reno's I've learned to track hours; time spent on site for any job is big money. I was watching with my child the whole time as a learning experience.)SO when the labor hours were finally billed, I was shocked to see an extra 0.5 hours billed - (totaling 1.5 hrs). A third of my bill was NOT notified to me ahead of time! I asked and they said it was for the supposed time to get to and FROM our house. $45 dollars for gas to get here and leave....?!?! We're in town for goodness sake!! BEWARE!!QUOTE from their response to me --That is true. One hour on site
