Crazy amount of $ charged for labour. $430 on that alone. Was quoted half that elsewhere. Car went in at 11am, they called at 2:30 saying it was done. That’s $140 an hour for labour. Been a customer there for years.Shop around.

Great experience purchasing a vehicle from Ashton. After experiencing a wishwash jumbled mess of salesmanship at other dealership, the professionalism and streamlined but effective salesmanship from Ashton was a positive experience.

No faith in ford. Will never buy another one. Bought a new F150 in 2018. A week later hat it towed for no start problem. Starter replaced. This week, stranded at soccer practice. No start. 3 days later at busy intersection no start. Had it towed to dealership. 5 days so far, no loaner. Truck has 45K on it and warranty expired in Feb so this one is out of pocket for me. Other issues that have never been resolved after multiple trips for service. Front end grinding noise(IWE replaced), vacuum line replaced, transmission re-programmed. Problem still exists. Truck must have been in for service 7 times or more for frozen door locks. Last repair may have fixed it. Here’s the frustrating thing about all these trips for service and there are more I haven’t mentioned. I’m without a vehicle, I have to plan and coordinate drop off and pick up and probably the worse thing is constant attempts at repair for a recurring issue that doesn’t fix the problem. Disappointed to say the least.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Courtney Garagan at this dealership. I arrived at 9:30am with an almost impossible time requirement. WOW was I impressed. This wonderful young lady exceded at every turn. She is a no nonsense lady and turned my ideals of a salesperson 360 degrees. I did not feel like I was buying a vehicle. The only promise Courtney made was she would do her best, and did she ever! The entire staff at Riverview Ford Lincoln were amazing. My very first Lincoln. I was so impressed at the level of commitment to customers as well as to the brand. Courtney engaged me at every turn and surpassed my expectations. I bought my Lincoln in 2020.I never thought I would buy a Lincoln but after comparing the price to other brands I realized it was fairly priced and within the price range of equal brands. But, the service Lincoln offers at my dealer Riverview Lincoln in Fredericton is second to none. I trust when my vehicle comes back from service that any work or maintenance was done right the first time.

Fantastic experience buying a preowned F150 from start the finish.We bought an F150 in the midst of a crisis this July as our truck died on our way through Fredericton on vacation and we needed a new one. I connected with Phil who took me through the preowned inventory and guided me through the purchase.Phil is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He cares for the client’s well-being and made sure we were taken care of throughout the process. Jamie in the business office did everything he could to help us get on our way with our new truck the same day so our vacation could continue.We picked, purchased and left with our new F150 within 3 hours from start to finish. We were able to continue our vacation and make it to PEI that night. We could not be more grateful for the team at Riverview and would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Purchased a demo and they told me it had 3000 km. Once at the dealership it had 5000 km. The inside of the tailgate was scratched quite a bit. Tried to work with them regarding this issue. They said I needed to fill out the SURVEY before they would move forward with the issue. I never received the survey from Ford Canada. Called the dealership several times… no answer from them. Had to call Ford Canada customer service. They made sure this issue was solved. I accepted the 400$ check offer. Had to wait a long time and finally 2 gas gift cards were mailed 200$ each. They were more interested in the survey results than solving the issue. I paid to have the tailgate interior painted. It was mire than 400$. I don’t trust them at all. 0/10
