Hello, I went to 2937 queen street East brampton, I was in the store at 5:25 had to wait in the line for 10 minutes my turn came at 5:35, I need a simple photocopy, the tall asian girl and african girl at the copy centre refused the service because they had to go home exactly at 5. They had 25 minutes to do a simple photo copy on a glossy paper and they refused, gave me a lot it attitudes and was extremely rude. I called the store manager to complain he also argued back also was really rude and started blaming me for coming late ?30 minutes before closing is last minute for 1 photo copy nothing special.Please contact the branch owner and tell them to train them staff properly and how to treat customers with respect.

The manager spent time helping my older cousin who's in her 70's and with scanning and documents.It's was a great experience for someone who doesn't know technology.She was so happy and offered a tip but the staff member refused saying it was his pleasure to help.Thank you Staples.

I am a regular shopper at Staples Airport Road, Customer service at this store is great that keep bringing me back to the store. Sunny is a great Associate at the store and has great product knowledge. He has been helpful in picking up the right stuff.

What kind of garbage operation is this manager Prashant running trying to get his commissionns up by denying ppl sale and keepung the sale hostage.Was abt to buy a $800 laptop. The manager prashant who is himself standing around the store and 3 to 4 other employees in the computer dept are standing around too since its not busy.They only have the last floor model that the slaes person pushed on me. The manager says i cam pick up the laptop tomorrow since its a floor model. The only way i can pick it up today is if i purchase a warranty package for $240.

Helpful staff. Fulfilled stock. Need more print stations because its gets busy at times and most people are extremely slow at getting their task finished. I hope that staff members pay more attention at this area to get people the Assistance, asap so they can print and leave instead of struggling. Most people hesitate to ask for help. So approach them. Thanks. Decent place though.

Called the store to find out if they had an item in stock. I was told without an item number count she couldn’t help. She didn’t even ask what I was looking for. Very disappointed.May 23, 2022Called the store many times today no one answered the phone. Print center no answer so called back and pressed 8 for customer services. Who ever answered the phone didn’t even have patients to hear out what I had to say and transferred the call. Are you kidding.May 25, 2022Check out their recycling Center
