The kitchen renovation is finally complete. We could not be more pleased with our contractor, Matt Daigle and his team at Millennial Contracting. They were very professional, courteous and went above and beyond to bring our kitchen vision to fruition. Matt was a pleasure to work with and did a great job over seeing the entire project, obtaining the building permit, arranging, and coordinating the trades people which included electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tilers and cabinet maker. Millennial offered a full-service including demolition to installing new flooring, prepping walls and painting. Matt also followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The team from Millennial Contracting were always punctual and made sure the area was cleaned at the end of the day, making living in a major renovation that much easier. Additionally, their selection of working music was also decent. I would recommend Millennial Contracting without hesitation.

It’s all done!…so here we are, “ living the dream” in our beautiful multi-generational home, thanks to Matt Daigle, Shawn Kyer and the Millennial Contracting Crew! Our expectations were surpassed by their expertise, design experience, careful considerations and quality workmanship. Their exemplary service kept the project flowing beautifully. Our first winter was met with all of the conveniences and comfort attributed to a new home build. Radiant floor heating and picturesque oversized windows kept us warm throughout the cold winter days. Matt & Shawn have been there for us at every step of the way to guide us during the process as well as coach us on finishing choices. This is no “Cookie Cutter Home”, this is our custom family home, that will be enjoyed by generations to come. Building it is a very personal experience. Matt, Shawn & the Millennial Crew have been right on target with the timeline of our build. They have been extremely reliable and absolute perfectionist with bringing to life our plans on paper. From excavation, to pouring cement, framing and watching the rest of the bones go up with they have continually impressed us with precise measurements and careful consideration. Patient & informative, taking our family’s input and inquiries every step of the way, they aren’t just building a house, they are building our home. Watching Matt Daigle roll up his sleeves and contribute to the installation of our trusses was fantastic to see. Knowing that he not only owns & operates the business, but that he has the professional experience in the trades to step in wherever and whenever needed. We are grateful for Millennials continued hard work and are fortunate to have chosen Millennial Contracting for our new home build!Part One…Choosing a ContractorThe last two years has changed the perspective of many families and the way in which they have newly chosen to organize their living spaces. Our family certainly has. Close to retirement, along with the consideration of our children who we have recently purchased a home on a large property with, we have decided to build a large addition onto to it. This will create an inter-generational home. After scrutinizing all of the construction scenarios it became obvious that Millennial Construction was the ideal choice for us. Matt Daigle has been wonderful, with his expertise in guiding us from our first meeting, right through the incredible design phase to realize our dream home as a family. They provided our site plan drawings quickly, understanding our needs, guiding us through changes. He is hands on, very supportive, organized and knowledgeable. A life changing decision like this requires trust and confidence in a contractor and Matt has been there with us from our first meeting and all the way through the home design phase. We will be breaking ground shortly and are very excited to continue working with Millennial Contracting and Matt’s team.

This might be a bit long, but totally worth reading if you're looking for exceptional people doing exceptional work!!I hired Millennial Contracting Inc. to convert a small bedroom into an ensuite and a closet; build a 1.5 garage; enclose a front porch; install a sump pump pit; as well as other smaller jobs. The team is incredible, not to mention knowledgeable and so considerate. After informing the crew that I had a sensitivity to noise, they would warn me before using loud tools and making loud noises; something not many people will do! Matthew Daigle, the owner, has the ability to look at something and visualize how it will look once completed, provide recommendations, and keep in contact with customers. The Project Manager, Shawn, who was luckily recruited by Matthew, comes with years of experience, and it shows it everything he tackles. He made certain that I was happy with everything. Matthew only hires experienced and caring people to work for him; that is what makes his team amazing, with Matt V. and their new addition, Dwight. Matthew will not complete a job until the customer is entirely satisfied; which was a great reassurance to me. I have had many compliments on how my house now looks.Just one more thing: The team faced a lot of obstacles as my house is quite old; but they addressed those challenges and provided solutions to the problems...they never gave up and the work was completed ahead of schedule.KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!!!!
