Getting a hold of the front desk is almost non existent. Asked for invoice but never received one. I was informed they would send an email but never recieved. Been guessing on amount per month for internet and paying t every month.

If you want an ok job done contact them. If you want a job done on time and handled in a professional manner by the owner then I would recommend that you look at another company.To be fair Graydon has done good work for us in the past. This time, however, I was very disappointed with the attitude and words of some of those involved in this project. The onsite personnel doing the work were good and the work was conducted to the standard required. However, the small project took months longer than it should have. I won't even talk about the costs.
