Azilda Dog Park

I have a golden doodle puppy which we just started bringing there....she absolutely loves the freedom of running around the dog park however just before we left the park today we witnessed a German Shepherd attacking another dog in the park. When confronting the owner of his dogs aggressiveness the owner became very aggressive himself and told us that his dog didn't like certain dogs and that he wasn't always that aggressive...the laws of the park clearly state that with any sign of aggressiveness your dog should be removed...the individual stayed at the park and the other person ended up leaving... maybe cameras should be installed at the park so that if this re-occures by law could then make sure that these dogs no longer be allowed in the park.

Visiting from out of town, It was a great place to bring our dog to burn off some energy. I was a bit confused about why there were two fenced in sections. I would've given 5 stars if there was more signage explaining park rules. Overall it was a great experience.

Not really any shade/ shelter and no water station that I could find but it was a nice spacious safe area

It's kept quite clean. The people and their dogs are usually very pleasant. However there's been a couple times I went and it seems people don't know there's a side for small dogs and a side for big dogs...as there were large dogs on the small dog side.

I have been going every day with our new dog and he loves it.

Nice, small, playfield for my dog to run in. The dad leading to it could use some work, however.

It's a smaller park, though the dogs seem friendly for the most part.There is a fantastic cheese shop right beside it, so it is well worth the trip out!

Field with chain link fence divided into two sections. One for big doggos and a second one for smol doggos. There is an outhouse and a garbage. No water spigot so bring your own water. Little to no shade on the big dog side.

The Azilda dog park is definitely the nicest in the Sudbury area. It's grassy, clean, nicely located, and frequented by friendly people and their pups. There are always poop bags on hand and the garbage and porta-porty are well maintained.It could use a little more shade in the summer (one or two mature trees) and some maintenance on the wobbly picnic tables.

I love that we have a dog park in Azilda, but the fact that it's so far from the actual village makes it a pain. The park was well kept and I like that they had a section for small dogs and big dogs.
