My Husband and I were craving chow mein over the weekend but didn’t feel like driving to pick up at our usual place (that doesn’t deliver to our location) so we decided to order delivery directly from Kitchen on the Ridge. We ordered on Saturday night at around 5:30pm and it was delivered right on time (within an hour). We ordered chicken chow mein, beef & black bean sauce crispy chow mein and almond chicken. It was all very delicious and fresh. Portions were huge so we had tons of leftovers which was great. We will definitely order from Kitchen on the Ridge again!

Hate to leave a review like this for a business but the noodles for the wonton soup are clumped and stuck together, the wonton had 4 pcs but they were good and the fried rice is not tasty. I won’t eat the pork as it doesn’t smell appealing but my son said it’s ok.

I give it 5 stars because in my opinion it’s the best Chinese Food in Maple Ridge. I have lived here awhile and tried 4 other restaurants and been disappointed. The food here was quite good, I will for sure order from here again.

I ordered chicken fried rice, chicken chow mein, and chicken with black bean sauce...all my favorites. The service was excellent and the food was served promptly. That being said, my children and I were the only patrons at the time. All the food was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. My children are very fussy and hesitant to try new foods. They loved it! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Maple Ridge. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very expensive dishes way overpriced dishes they don't seem to know how to glaze the food the way it's supposed to as per traditional chinese cooking the sauce in the dishes lacks consistency and flavor just very runny sauce fried rice had no egg in it are you kidding me???cheap cook trying to save money by not using eggs in the fried rice all fried rice must have egg my family was very disappointed with the food from this restaurant and the prices are ridiculous with skimpy dishes I DO NOT RECOMMEND not going back looking for a new restaurant

It might be an authentic hole-in-the-wall style place; but the food is fantastic and the prices are good.March 2023The restaurant interior has had recent reno; and looks good. Clean bench seating and a nice counter area. Huge improvement..Dinner for one (huge portion) 3 choice with loads of options $16.95

Best Chinese food in Maple Ridge!We ordered the Dinner for 3A + 2 egg rolls, everything arrived hot and tasted delicious.The sweet n sour pork was one of the best I’ve had in a long time, the pieces were not fatty at all and were still crispy in the sauce!The beef with vegetables are so good!Huge portions. Will 100% be back!Woking Dragon used to be our go to but Kitchen on the Ridge won us over.

Ordered for delivery Sunday night and came pretty quick (other places were quoting over an hour) ~30-40 mins. We ordered 2 dinner boxes for 1, which has a selection of chowmein or rice and 2 proteins for each. Portions were HUGE and the food arrived hot. Will be ordering again!

Had the combo deal for one, and the beef with black bean sauce is authentic. Recently remodelled with young staff so definitely recommend for dine in, especially with the combo deal being one of the better deals in town for Chinese food.

Terrible food tonight for our take-out dinner with visiting family. The House Special Fried Rice and the Chicken Chow Mein were both bone-dry and tasteless. The Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls were tiny & rock-hard. The Ginger Beef was like chewing leather and even the Pan Fried Chop Suey was lousy. Usually our group would have cleaned our plates & had seconds but no one even finished their dinner. Very disappointing and we certainly won't order from there again.
