Hitch n' Go RV

I rented an 18’ travel trailer from Hitch n’ Go RV in August 2022. From the reservation in March to pickup in August and to drop off a week later the staff were just great. They were friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. The trailer we rented was a 2019 model and was in perfect condition. Prices for rentals are very fair. Highly recommended.

Awesome service. Purchased my Redwood there over a year ago and still treated like a new prospect. They really go above and beyond even after the sale. To the guy who posted “purchased an over priced trailer” , really? Sounds like your reviewing your own bad decisions. Can’t say enough about how professional, courteous, and helpful everyone has been.

I'm more disappointed, I believe we over paid for the new trailer, but we were ok with that as we liked the floor plan, and it looked like we were getting a descent quality. We've made appointments and taken the trailer back at least 5 times in the last year for warranty work, some items fixed but they usually had to order parts or they would run out of time. The last time I made an appointment one month in advance and left the trailer for 3 weeks. They started work a week before I was due to pick it up, only some of the issues were repaired. some they said couldn't be fixed, and told that's the way it is. The Sat. dish they waited until the day I returned to figure out they needed to order a part, its been 2 months no part, Paul won't respond to my email or answer my calls. Normally I don't get upset as I realize these are production trailers and they are not perfect, but I don't like being ignored specially when I think I've been very understanding and patient. I believe Paul is a decent person and has been accommodating to a point, and I'm not sure where the problem is, Paul, staff or Redwood. I'll try dealing directly with Redwood before I look for a competent repair shop.Tracey in response to your post, as you have not responded to my email I assume your response on Google reviews was simply a way of getting better reviews. I have found a reputable company to do the repairs you couldn't and wouldn't do, and as for the reimbursement for the satellite dish I'll eat that. As I've said I'm mostly disappointed. I thought I had found a good and reputable dealer, but that's not the case.

Had my trailer serviced this spring and they did a fantastic job. They contacted me during the process to explain things that they had found during the inspection and offered solutions. The front of my trailer had become quite oxidized, and the technician did an amazing job buffing and waxing so that it looks brand new as well as washing the entire unit. I won't take my trailer anywhere else.

We just purchased our new Chaparral 5th wheel from Paul at Hitch n'Go and had an absolutely stellar experience. From the very first contact over the phone Paul was cordial, enthusiastic and understood how to structure the deal so both parties walked away from the transaction mutually satisfied. We placed a factory order and through the entire process Paul communicated very effectively, keeping us in the loop. Pickup day was no different - Paul and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable and provided ample time to walk through the unit with no feeling of being rushed. Paul, Tracey and Rob were amazing. We ordered our trailer just before Covid hit and Paul kept us informed all the times. We stayed 2.5 days to set up and learn our new trailer. Plus Paul was so full of knowledge and learned us from the very beginning. He always gave us good advice and always answered my concerns with ease. Bought a trailer from Paul, absolutely amazing experience! Extremely helpful, and professional. Advised on a trailer that suited my budget and accommodated my every need. Brought the trailer to the park, with a complete set up I had no problem paying the set up fee, as it saved me the hassle and the trailer was perfect! This was our first experience with Hitch n’ Go RV and we would definitely recommend this place. The work was well done and reasonably priced, which is great, but the main reason I am giving them 5 stars is the service. Over the 2 1/2 years since we have been camping my husband has developed some health issues which make it harder to unhitch and hitch up our trailer. Even though it is a busy time of year, Paul and the staff were great to do this for us. Paul even offered to deliver the trailer home if needed. Customer service can make or break a business and I’m happy to say that I think this business will be in Delhi for many years. We will be back in October!
