Watershed Plumbing & Gas

I have been in contact with Seamus from watershed plumbing for over 2 months now and three times we have booked him in to install a water filtration system and he has not showed up or called to cancel. Now I have been calling and texting him for a week and can not get through. Don't waste your time, go with someone else. I am adding to this review as I see the owner took the time to tell me to hire someone local. Maybe try not offering services on salt spring and try calling to cancel if you plan to just not show up with people waiting on a set time you agreed to. Also try answering your phone every now and than.

Seamus at Watershed Plumbing & Gas was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I took a chance on a new plumber. This was the most responsive plumber to my initial inquiry. They were super accommodating and performed an initial quote ASAP after our water tank burst its jacket. They booked the service work - understanding the priority but without gouging us with any sort of emergency pricing. We went from family emergency on Monday to fixed and working water heater in a different location in the house, plus an add-on pressure regulator, a few days later. Seamus is chill and easy to talk to, has fair pricing, the invoice was consistent with the initial quote and discussion we had, and ultimately we are so happy with the work that was done. Seamus was always clear on timing and communicated updates well, and the Watershed staff on the phone call (Mitch?) was friendly and responsive as well. I have already suggested Watershed Plumbing to a few friends. They have that magic combination of fair pricing, good communication, availability, experience, and top quality work.

The guy from this company that helped me with a reno must be one of the best with tubs! I dont know how he did it but i was impressed by his skills.

They have done work for us numerous times. Show up on time, always professional, fair rates, honest company. A+

Hard to get anyone these days within a reasonable timeframe.I called a bigger company first, who diagnosed it as a complex full replacement required, and lots of runaround answers as to what the price would come to. Called watershed on a neighbour's recommendation for a second opinion.Seamus and his guys were able to replace my existing system where it failed and clean/repair what hadn't failed.

Seamus installed my bidet. He was able to stop by the same afternoon I called him, and was very easy to work with.
