My experience with stoneridge has been amazing, I’ve been working with Shawn for the last year and a half and he’s been nothing but nice and always gets back to me in less then 2 minutes, definitely would recommend!

I have had this insurance for a few years now and whenever I call and i have to leave a message I never get a call back. This is not even the first time has happened. Just before the pandemic happened the same thing happen..... you call leave messages and the said person never calls back..... this time around someone from there call me and left a message for me to call them which I did but of course I got the VM. I left 2 messages and nothing and it has been a few days...... the only time I seem to have gotten good service was when I was being set up and another time recently when I was calling about my paperwork. They do seem to get the best rates for you which is super nice but the communication could use some work. If it wasn't for the never call backs I would give them 5 stars
