Kathy's Sewing Canada

I came in for 4 alterations, and was disappointed to find that several of the most notable changes I had asked for were not done. Moreover, some of the sewing was distorted, creating a chunk of material & leading to a permanent bump at the top right shoulder of my sleeve. When I went back to Kathy with these concerns, she became very defensive and implied I was insulting/unappreciative of her business, rather than to offer a review of her work. I was immediately dismissed and turned away. I won’t be returning, seeing as I value honest entrepreneurship.
