Replaced the lane detection camera as soon as it came in. I thought there was an issue and made a follow up appointment the day after it was repaired. It turned out the issue was poor weather and road conditions as everything worked properly on the drive over to the appointment. The service people were very friendly and understanding. They also explained some operating details of the lane detection and blind spot sensors.ThanksTom

Had a great experience with Andy, as my Salesman. Andy and Plaza Nissan really went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, in terms of my purchase but also while awaiting the arrival of my vehicle, 2023 Nissan Sentra SV.Andy provided very responsive communication and understanding throughout the process and I do have to say that throughout all my years of purchasing vehicles this was certainly the smoothest one yet!I absolutely love my new vehicle and really enjoyed working with Plaza Nissan, to get a vehicle that ensures safety, reliability and comfort, all while being it’s own special edition beauty.Special thanks to Andy, for all of your hard work and efforts throughout this process!

The service department is top notch! The mechanics are awesome and they give me options on how I can help save money on any repairs.I feel like they always go above and beyond.The finance department/sales department was not good or easy to deal with when I took over my nieces lease. And that is why Plaza Nissan on upper James is not getting 5 stars….I will use the service department all the time but will never buy from them again.

My experience was OK, I recently bought a used 2011 Kia Soul. My sales rep was Kyle and he was informative and nice. Car needed a few repairs that were outlined and to be taken care of by the service department before my purchase. Originally I had wanted to take my car to my personal mechanic before making a decision but I tried calling for 3 days and either got no answer or call back, and when I finally did get an answer they had ironically already started the repairs. The following Monday (yesterday) I took my car to my mechanic and it needs about $1,700 additional worth of work that was not outlined or told to me beforehand. I’m not very impressed and will not use this dealership again.

They also had an impressive amount of used vehicles to choose from - and considering the used market they had really great prices available too. I always recommend Plaza Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used car

I had an amazing experience with Holden as my sales rep. He helped my husband and I narrow down the perfect vehicle our new Nissan Rogue. He was very patient and knowledgeable on the features and he’s down to earth and super nice. Definitely go look for him if your trading in or buying a new car.

Greeting was pleasant and efficient.Processing my request for the vehicle was quick & professional. Repair work was within expected timing and excellent with a comprehensive report. Waiting time was in a comfortable setting with good coffee. The final surprise was how someone went out of their post to find me a cover for the cup, so I could enjoy the rest of my coffee travelling.Definitely top-drawer service all around. KUDO’s

After having a family long-standing experience /relationship with Plaza Nissan we have had 2 recent poor experiences. One was with purchasing the vehicle where we were lied to regarding the price point of the vehicle as well as trade in value. Sad to see the classic salesman games still exist and there is a lack of honesty. We brought this up and they did address it which we appreciated at the time.Within a few days of having the vehicle we were having sensor issues which were mentioned on numerous occasions with no response. After being told issues like this would be covered under the 30 day warranty, we were hit with the bill for fixing the sensor as well as the diagnostic fee. We asked for some additional clarification regarding this and after numerous emails we have yet to hear back.We were planning on purchasing a second Murano next year (as we love the car) and another family member has been looking into the new Rogue models. After witnessing our experience they will not be returning and we will venture to another dealer.It’s sad to see customer service is not where it used to be.

Chris at Plaza Nissan is an incredibly kind and accessible sales person who will do everything he can to do right by his customer. I happened to meet Chris by chance while doing a transaction with one of his colleagues. His colleague was away the day we met, and rather then telling me to return another day he went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue I was facing and worked seamlessly with his colleagues to do this. We crossed paths a few more times and each time he was taking calls from customers, listening to their issues, car related or not, and trying to find a path forward. Getting a car these days can be challenging and involve unpredictable wait times. In these conditions it is critical that you work with someone that is accessible, personable, honest, and respectful. I would suggest that Chris fits the bill. There are many stereotypes about used car sales man. Chris smashes them all. Give him a ring if you need to get your transportation needs sorted.
