It is so frustrating dealing with these guys. They are not willing to help, they won’t answer questions.just frustrating and Useless. We drove over an hour and bought a starter off them for our boat which we asked them about to see if it was the correct one, even sent them pictures of the old starter and they said “yep this is for sure right” wrong. So, we drive another hour to take it in to return it, and nope. they wouldn’t return it unless they had the same debit card we used. So next day, we brought in the right card and buddy basically says “you gave us the part number, it’s your problem” even though we didn’t give them a part number, and didn’t want to let us return it. Finally they let us return it. But Definitely won’t be going there for the correct starter. What a headache.

Have to say. Jeff in parts is a Valuable asset to Martin Power sports. He has an incredible knowledge and know how for Ski doo combined with excellent customer service. Thanks Jeff :)

I've ordered several times from here, shipping is always fast. Had to inquire about my order yesterday as it was taking longer then usual, I got a response back within a few hours and they assured me they were looking for the missing jacket in the warehouse. Got a response back today saying It was found and it shipped right after that. Exceptional costumer service! They also often have good deals on non current stuff, like the Klim suit I got last winter!

Ryan King was outstanding in keeping us informed on when our Wake 170 would be arriving from time we ordered to arrival date. Ryan provided that customer service that some retailers don't provide. Any of the associates that we met over our purchase were so accommodating. We would highly recommend Martin Marine to our family & friends for any water motor sports requirements.Lynn & Rick Bendall

On March 15, 2023, I sent an email inquiry in regards to a purchase I needed to make.About a $10,000. Touch ( give or take). Cash in my case.I also called in that day and was told that I needed to speak to a sales rep. I waited on hold for almost 15 minutes and then I was told that there was no one available from sales and what I like to leave a message. I did.9 Days later on March 24, I got a text message from a sales rep informing me that they had availability on what I wanted. I texted back to salesman with no response. I sent an additional text that day, with no response.Then I called in to see if the salesman was actually there, After waiting on hold for an additional 15 minutes I was informed that they could not find him. I asked to speak to a manager, and of course I was put on hold. When a manager finally picked up, I informed him of what had transpired. He then started to explain why their system had malfunctioned. I asked him why they use the system? He continued to explain why it had happened. I told him that I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. He then told me that I should take my business somewhere else.It must be so nice to make so much money that you don’t have to apologize for not getting back to a customer for nine days And then having the arrogance to not apologize. I gave this company 1 *Only because the receptionist was polite and very courteous.

This is our second boat we have purchased from here, first a Master-craft, now years later a Moomba.All I can say is Davis is amazing! He is super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & an all around amazing human being.Allison in the finance department was also fantastic!!Five stars all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchasing my new sled was made so easy by the team at Martin. They were able to get me in the exact sled I wanted. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely matter. The product line knowledge was excellent and not one question was left not answered!

Just purchased our boat from Spencer, we had some questions that were answered easily by him. Looked at a few boats and found our new pontoon. From start to finish it was quick, and fast.
