Cutting down parking lots and cramming more cars in VERY dangerously every morning. Parking here is like the lottery! Makes 0 sense to have very little amount of parking at TERMINAL station of LINE 1!!Not to mention the prices are going up in September, cheaper to take the go instead of the subway then... but of course Parking situations in Vaughan for commuters make 0 sense everywhere. GREAT incentive for the younger generations of Vaughan to take public transit to the downtown core, this is horrendous!

If you wish to find a parking spot before 7:00 am during weekday, you are very lucky. It became worse after the north Parking Lot became monthly pass parking. The much smaller south parking lot is now a place people compete to get in and become full quickly in the morning. I learned my lesson several times. You may try TTC Highway 407 station to see if you can find a parking spot there. I could find one around 9:00 am several days ago.

Worst parking and worst parking rates.25$ for a single visit. Worst regulatory worst administration. Would not recommend anyone to park here whatsoever the situation.

Thanks to this company for building these parking lots near Vaughan Metropolitan TTC subway station otherwise there were no parking arrangements made by TTC think tank. TTC parking was available at 407 subway station for $7 . They used to charge $5 early bird parking fee till 8 AM and it was reasonable but now effective September 3, 2019 they increased the price to $7 like 407 TTC lot. It is very steep price to pay for a daily commuter but there is no choice so just pay the hefty price I guess. We cannot even afford buses to reach subway station due to overcrowding and delays.

In the name of smart VMC it's like making empty of people 's wallet. Building have less parking space and forced to park at smart center which it too costly. For street 10 min parking you will be gifted by parking ticket.

SmartCentre owns all the parking lots in the area and uses that to artificially Jack up the parking prices. What they are doing is border line illegal if not the definition of anti consumerism. They exploit everyday working people and the city of Vaughan just looks the other way, $30 for daily parking shame on you SmartCentre.

Pricing is just absurd. Monthly is $250, that's twice as much compared to some spots in downtown Toronto. I had to choose this because the indoor" lot is $300....They own all the lots around the area giving you no option but to use their parking. Because of that

Overpriced. If you're going in to the city for the evening you can park freely in nearby businesses outside of office hours. If you're commuting you can save money and go to 407.There's no need to pay the geniuses at Smartcentres their disgusting prices.
