I bought a new set of tyres in 2019 and after 3 years all the sidewalls have very bad aging cracks". I've spoken to several techs about this issue and the feedback is that this is not normal. Usually after 5-7 years.I've talked to the store techs recently and am being asked to pay an additional inspection fee in order to identify if that is eligible for the warranty (Up to 6-year extended warranty purchased with new tire purchase).However

tire installation and balancing - $44+tax per tire when you buy 4 new tires from Canadian Tire - this is excessive. Costco and KalTire charge no more than $20. Many places offer free installation with the purchase of 4 tires.

Have been coming here for a while for shopping as well as auto service. Both have friendly helpful staff. Location is generally less busy than the other ones on Vaughan, big parking lot also so parking is never an issue. You can almost always get a spot close to the main entrance for sales and always a lot of spots right outside the auto service entrance.

Today July 3 2023 I called automotive parts I waited 10 to 20 minutes to be answered and the result is nothing I’m asking about paint availability dupli-colour he said not able to check in the system.dufferine and 407 Cnd.tire is a worst service employee my experience I don’t recommend this store

Nice store with lots of products. Unfortunately the shopping carts are all broken and unusable. I cannot understand how a billion dollar company doesn't spend a bit of money to ensure a good customer experience when you walk into the store. I literally purchased less items because I had to carry them by hand. ORDER NEW CARTS, THEY WILL PAY FOR THEMESELVES VERY QUICKLY!

Very disappointed by the customer service I received this evening. I am a regular shopper at this store, and i have been for years. I asked a sales associate that I needed a Torx screwdriver for the screw in my hand, was told all torn are in aisle 17. No attempt to help me. I then asked an associate in a red shirt for assistance, I was told ask the guy over there, pointing to the original associate who didn't help me. I expressed to the second associate that the first one wasn't too helpful, and he and another associate, walked off. I was left to fend for myself. Funny thing is, the two associates have been at this store for years, and used to be better!!

Worst experience ever! If you are looking for oil change or mechanical services, please avoid and don't waste your time. Booked appointment, came 15 minutes earlier and asked to do it on time as I need to pick up my son. In 45 minutes found the mechanic playing games in my car. it turned out that he didn't even start yet! Had to split with wife and take Uber ... service took another 30 minutes after that. This is disrespectful and unprofessional, totally disappointed!

Great store - helpful staff - they have an automotive centre. This store tends to have my items in stock, which is why i like this location. The customer service staff is excellent and very helpful as well!
