Service five star in 5 min I regester my car as first time

I tried to change the registration for our car. My husband filed up the forms and I had everything ready. When I went there, they had no idea what to do. When they told me to get my husband to sign something, I had to explain it was the person that is going to have their name on it and that is me. It took forever and they would speak in a loud tone which made me feel really uncomfortable. I will try to do everything online unless I am forced to go to the office. This time I had to go there to sign in front of them.

Visited this location on April 6, 2023 at 4:30 pm. Immediately greeted and directed to the correct line up by a friendly receptionist. Line up looked daunting but the staff were all doing their best. The lady who helped me and many other people in a short time was not even working at the vehicle registration area but she jumped in to help her co-workers and was so efficient and professional.

I know ama means well but they've been experiencing high call volumes " for about the last 10 years now and whether it's a tow or a jump it's anywhere from a 5 to 10 hour wait

AMA spouts off about being paperless and environmentally friendly then will not register my vehicle without a paper copy of the Bill of Sale, the condition of registration is proof of purchase. I had my emailed Bill of Sale from a recognized business and emailed insurance document for the vehicle on my Device. I found this particular AMA very slow. All they accomplished was to build up a line of waiting people while the workers chatted and took their time. Two of the staff kept asking the third staff for advice and to check documents. AMA must be unionized because this was the worst experience EVER! I went down the road to Northeast Registries and wouldn't you know it, bing bang boom I have registered my vehicle and received a new license plate with only the documents on my phone. Save yourself the trouble go to a private registries they have common sense and are efficient, fast while still being friendly. I am only keeping my membership for the emergency calls. I will never attend another AMA for any service they offer not even when I am planning my Spring 2023 holiday of a lifetime. Since they will not accept paperless documents I am immediately changing my account from paperless to paper only. Don't even bother replying with your lip service I already read all your replies they are all the same message using different words.

The currency exchange ATM here is a scam. Make sure you shopped around before using. We mistakenly thought the AMA currency ATM would be a reputable place to exchange your currency and found out later that day we lost about $70 using them instead of going downtown to a proper currency exchange.Called to talk about it and was told that’s the way it is. Very disappointed

Place was completely full. There was long waiting.Staff is really very very helpful and cooperative. They reach each and every one ask why they are here for and try to provide assistance as early as possible.

I had a great experience here today changing my address and with a few other registry services. The clerk that helped me (Shane) went above and beyond to be helpful and went out of his way to answer my questions and look up info for me on my behalf.I have had other positive experiences here in the past and love this registry.

I've had three really good experiences at this location. Everyone was very helpful when I was newly postpartum and registering my baby for her birth certificate and had some questions about driving after a C-section - they even handled some hormonal tears with great compassion. Most recently I made an appointment with Angela to get a quote to switch over my renter's insurance and see if there was anything I can do to get my premiums down. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed like she cared and wanted to help. And she did!
