Best enzyme I have ever taken in 20 years. Got free sample one pill made major difference next day giving me a bowel movement. I have IBS sever constipation this is making a huge difference. I believe if its good spend the money if you can. Thanks to Black Friday sale 90 only cost 48 with shipping and taxes thanks blessings. MY neighbor also has opposite issue going too much. IN 3 days taking 1 pill a day. Its slowing down her need to have to go so much. Im not lactose intolerant but this is for people with that as well. Blessings and thank you . Do you have probiotics to I bet they would be amazing..
