Great place for your Tops and T-Shirts as well as Suits. Great customer service from the staffs at this store. I will highly recommend this store for your T Shirts and Tops.

We don't have a lot of experience in buying suits but we were so impressed with the service. She listened to what my son wanted and gave him options that looked great. Excellent customer service! The prices were good and they had a lot of selection.

I stopped by this location today for a tie clip and I had an incredible experience. Sam went above and beyond by helping me adjust my jacket as well. Clean store, friendly staff, excellent customer service .

Went in today to look at dress shirt colours and what would work four my fiancé and his groomsmen. We’re ignored for most of the time looking until the girl working the till asked us if we needed help, we barely got out that we had questions before she told us to go to northgates big and tall instead. She lied about not having regular sizing yet we had seen xxls on the shelf. Didn’t even as our original question regarding wedding packages as she fat shamed my fiance as she kept putting emphasis on the “big”. In big and tall. Very poor service and doesn’t even deserve the one star. I’d give it a zero if I could. In this day and age where fat shaming is not allowed for women, why should it be allowed for men? Do not shop here if you are any larger that a large.

Great customer service. I’ve come to tip top on 3 occasions now in the past month or so. Every time I have come it’s always been Hayley who has helped me out. She’s very patient and knows what she’s doing. If anyone deserves a raise, it’s definitely her. She not only helps me but will help out multiple customers at once and still give everyone her utmost attention. She’s awesome.

Tip Top tailors Kingsway is a great place to get dressed well.They do have a great and wonderful variety of clothes and styles, all of a great quality!I went there and Ali Tahir greeted me in a very friendly way, helped to find out what matches my need and he explained the differences between the outfits, pants etc.He seriously put extra efforts with everyone and that’s was so obvious and people appreciate that.It was a great experience with him and it’s a great store that I would strongly recommend.

While I was looking for suits for myself and my groomsmen, I had finally decided to come to Tip Top in Kingsway. This was after checking out a number of other options and just not finding what I was looking for.The staff, especially the store manager (Hadia), were super helpful when it came to finding the right suit and the right fit for everyone (Myself, Groomsmen and Father). Highly Recommend!

Hayley was exceptional. And so was the guy the day before when i grabbed my suit and ties. Coming back for another soon.
