I had an amazing trip to La-z-Boy Furniture yesterday and today. My partner and I walked into the store...we hadn't gone far and were greeted by a very gracious person named Dawn. She didn't pounce on us...but more casually walked by on her way to going somewhere else. Talking to Dawn was like talking to a long lost friend. She was very informative, helpful and not pushy at all. She helped us with our choices but wanted us to be happy more than sell us something... if that makes any sense. We came back a second time to purchase after comparing products and services. La-z-Boy won for quality and absolutely for service.. I would highly recommend going there and ask for Dawn.

I ❤️ Lazy Boy furniture, best quality and comfort to be found. My first reclining sofa and love seat combo is still going strong with my son’s family, 19 years later. No rips, broken mechanism or flat cushions, feels like brand new. Of course I bought another reclining love seat with console and power for my new downsized living stage of life! Huge thanks to Maria for her professionalism, patience and great sense of humour!

When my couch wouldn't fit in my hallway to get it into the living room they hired a third party to help us. Yesterday I needed a comfy seat for my mom after her recent heart attack and Dawn found us the perfect loveseat. We packed it up and surprised her the same day.If you are worried about pricing, don't be. It may be more expensive but it is QUALITY! It is made to order! Real wood frames and foam that has been perfected. Fabric that doesn't pill and is a breeze to clean. I have a white couch and three 100lbs dogs. No stains!They also offer financing with 0% interest for a term!

I recently had to replace my Kincaid sofa through La-Z-Boy in Victoria. I am impressed with the attention to detail, and the good taste that the salesperson displayed. Wendy was never pushy and seemed happy to leave me lots of time to make my decisions. She was thoughtful. I really appreciated her help replacing my Kincaid sofa. My new sofa will be beautiful and although it took me a few choice changes to land on my final order I was made to feel all that mattered was that I chose the couch I will really love even if it did take me a little while to decide.
