HTEC - Hydrogen Fuel Station
The hydrogen availability at the station have been getting worse since the one of the Burnaby station has been completely down more than a month ago.Their station status page is not accurate, clueless customer call center. As well the head office never replies to my email. The business do not seem like they care consumers.I definitely DO NOT recommend buying a hydrogen car until the other decent hydrogen provider comes up and compete each other.

customer service other than taking down name and phone number. I've ran into manual screen multiple times and didnt know how to exit. A hydrogen driver was nice enough to show me how.
