I used these guys but never again! They wouldn't come over to estimate and insisted on me providing photos of my property. When they did finally arrive to do the work they were slow, had to be told to remove their shoes while cleaning the windows inside the house, didn't re-lock the windows and when asked if all the windows were cleaned they said 'yes', only to find they had done less than half the job on one of the remaining windows (see photo). When I emailed the owner to inform him of the situation the owner said he would come over and clean the window; thus finish the job! When I chased him to ascertain when he would come over he said he wanted $50 + taxes for doing so. Even though I had already given him over $600.00 to complete the job. If I were you, I would shop around and avoid Lavi-Vitres Laurentides; not honourable and certainly not professional!!!
