Port Perry Dental Centre

Big shout out to Dr. Richardson!I just switched from a dental office that had a revolving door of dentists. With getting no freezing for my procedures I need to be able to trust the dentist working on my teeth. When I had my consultation with him and he addressed all my issues and concerns. I had my first filling fixed with him today, amazing, he took his time and let me know what he was doing the step by stepDefinitely recommend this Dental office and thank you Dr. Richardson

My 3 year old daughter had her first visit/cleaning today. The hygienist, Maddy, was amazing with her! She explained what each step would be like and let her ask questions. The dentist can be a scary experience, especially the first time. The staff and Dr. Richardson made it a great first experience for her. She can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely phenomenal experience!I am terrified of the dentist and have been ever since I was a little kid but everybody there took very good care of me through out the process. I have never had a better experience at the dentist.Truly grateful for how understanding and accommodating everyone was!Miigwech!

The port Perry dental centre for my first emergency situation. The staff were very helpful with the new patient intake process and were amazing explaining every step of the process and followup steps going forward. The covid protocols in place were perfect and they even put on cartoons while i was waiting in the chair. Excellent first experience, and I look forward to being a regular in the future.

Everyone was super nice and professional. I felt relaxed and all were very helpful and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend anyone come here for their dental work. It was a first visit for me and I look forward to my return in 6 months:)

If zero stars were possible I would use that.Save yourself, your teeth, and your money.After going here for almost my entire life I can truly say I’ve never had a good experience.Due to a lack of financing and driving capabilities, I always stayed within the same dental office. This is genuinely the only reason I stayed, because as soon as my situation changed and I made it into a different office and now I would never go back.Rude reception and unfortunately some very uneducated dentists and orthodontist (ortho is extremely rude as well).As someone living with chronic pain for the last three years because of them, I HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere.

I have had my fair share of dentist, and must say the two young ladies that preformed my root canal were awesome.The pair worked together as a team for a flawless, painless experience.Thou their equipment is aged i feel the work done here was top notch.I can't judge the office as a whole because it looks like a few different dentists work out of this location, but I can say the team I had was awesome. They were able to accommodate me right away and tackle my soar tooth.Thank you ladiesI recommend this office !!

I went to their clinic once and they had issues submitting a claim through my insurance. They had to do it manually. I signed papers and they sent it in my insurance. Then declined it because there was a signature missing. So the dental office submitted the bill to a collection agency instead of informing me that they just needed a signature. So now I'm being yelled at and disrespected by a collection agency! Which should have never happened to begin with.
