So im looking for some good feedback before I place my wife's vehicle here for a paint job and low and behold there's negative comments which were very helpful and the owners smirky remarks on some of the negative feedback swayed me away sorry Dave fix you're workplace professionalism and also post some decent pictures to maybe defend some of these accusations you have against you're business ZERO ⭐'S for you

It's awesome place to get your car fixed. They even give you the courtesy car if you make an appointment before and they also pick and drop the vehicle for you.

I have been doing business with Unicity for over 20 years. The owner is a wonderful individual, who always does his best to ensure you are pleased. I've purchased vehicles from Unicity that were an excellent value, and recently brought my 1 year old Subaru in for some minor paint and repair (Autopac), including replacement of the rear bumper. I had loss of use insurance with Autopac. Unicity took care of the rental for me by calling the rental car company, who sent a representative to Unicity to meet me, and give me the rental car.When the vehicle was finished, I noticed that the color wasn't an exact match. It's not always easy to see color changes, as the vehicle has many different angles, and the color will vary based on the way light hits the car. The owner, Dave, wasn't there at the time I picked up the car, but his employee, who was from England, was very professional, and told me he would do some paint-outs" to match the color better

Never going to another auto body guy. He's thorough, straight forward, professional and affordable. I highly recommend this guy to anyone that's going through a vandalism claim. 5/5 experience, 5 stars from me

Honestly they are not very good. If someone needs body integrity, please don’t go to them. Very poor repair and will charge a lot of money. they will put on junk parts from other car and put in your car, even mechanical parts and charge more than the new parts. Also they are not even responsible for any damage on the car while they are keeping it. Very bad attitude from the owner, will argue. They will try to give a full load of hard time. Not at all recommended for any type of repair.

I would never recommend to go there (Unicity paint and body as well as Spring Auto two shops but one owner) neither for body and mechanical repairs nor for body integrity inspection or safety certificate. The business owner '' called Dave'' is the most impolite and terrible individual I have ever seen. Here is an example of his discourtesy, While he was fixing my SUV he dismounted the engine splash shield (almost $200 for the aftermarket one while mine was the OEM) along many other parts but when I picked up the car the splash shield was not on. When I complained this part is missing he replied he has no responsibility" and even he said "if someone's vehicle is demolished while sitting in his shop he would not accept any responsibility and he has no insurance coverage for people's cars"?!. I told him I have the photo's of my SUV that when it was towed to this shop the splash shield was on but he never accepted any responsibility and even never apologized.In terms of the quality of services

This place cuts corners. Never go here for claims or private transactions. The painter Adam is a backyard painter and the owner never double check the work. They're very nice ppl but there work is very bad. I do not recommend this company as all they think about is to make a quick buck, save as much money and milk the insurance company for more $$$. You will regret going here. I did, don't make the same mistake.
