Rosalie was super helpful. My boyfriend and I came to buy a mattress and she helped us right away. Helped us find an affordable option as she knew we were on a budget. She broke things down to us and made it super easy to decide on what to do. She is very knowledgeable and there is a reason she is gets many customers, sales and is employee of the month. I would go see her again if I ever needed to buy anything again.

Terrible after sales service. Once they have your money , if you have a problem you're on your own. Went here instead of Ikea for a cheap dining set because I didn't want to put it together myself.Don't pay for their white glove delivery service. They will only setup select furniture. (Apparently they don't assemble dining chairs, considering that's 4/5 of the pieces in my order, you'd thing they'd disclose that at time of sale. )If your furniture arrives defective, good luck getting help resolving the problem.Also all their furniture is entry level and will likely be garbage in under 2 years.Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. These guys have no interest in providing customer service and do not deserve your money.

The salesman who assisted me was fantastic, but the front-desk receptionist was quite nasty. She seemed uninterested in helping us and nothing professional. I was surprised after observing her negative body language and expression.

Lucky greated us when we walked in the door and asked if we needed anything in particular. We said we weree just looking at the moment and he said Ok, if there is anything I can assist with, just flag me down and let us look at our leisure. When we had questions, he answered them quickly and when we ultimately decided to purchase, he got us a better than advertised price and discounted delivery!! Overall a fantastic experience. Ask for Lucky!

A terrible experience with the brick. Just got delivery of our furniture and gas range. Delivery guys were very rude. Didn't install our washer and dryer. He was smashing all bed on floorDefinitely will not recommend the brick. So disappointing

Rosalie Borja gave us a great shopping experience for our first bedroom set :) very knowledgeable and can relate to buyer. Overall excellent customer service.

We order our Appliances from bricks,Our delivery was expected on April 25th for all Appliances, but they told us that our kick start pedestal and storage both will come on 19th May. Now when we recieved this order they did not do any hook ups for washer we had all hoses and kit whatever was needed the very first time. People who came first time to deliver our Appliances said that they will come to hook up the pedestral once it in.Now the thing is that we already waited for these 2 pieces for long time now when your delivery driver come to drop these 2 things said that they were not told and its another team.When the store sold us this and told us that this is late. We asked them and made sure that this will be installed/hooked up to the washer. And they said yes absolutely Because it is a part of the washer , we didnt buy it seperately we bought this stuff all together.So this should be hooked up by your people/team. We have bought a lot of stuff of bricks almost our all new house furniture Appliances etc. You can check in your records . Being your loyal customer do I really deserve this behaviour .I want you to kindly send someone to get this fixed asap. I am attaching the pictures they left the washer for us.The delivery guys were leaving it on the door outside unless we told them to bring in and my husband told them that you are suppose to do hook ups , tgey only put our storage under the dryer and said contact store for other hook up we will not do it and left the kick pedestral washer in our bedroom. Very unprofessional behaviour and its been a week already its been sitting in our bedroom we went to store. Contacted Anita, Because the store told us she is dealing with your stuff. Still waiting on them to come and do our work . I would give 0 rating if there is one here on the site. We bought alot from them but what we got in return is not acceptable. I want to share picture of my washer in bedroom here but i cant load it.

What a great service from Rissa. She provided her service above and beyond Sales wise. Hoping to have it delivered as scheduled. Will look for her on my next purchase.Thanks
