I had a great experience working with Matt, Ty and their team for my patio renovation. From the very beginning they were professional and maintained clear and consistent communication throughout the entirety of the project. They took the time to answer all of my questions and I appreciated that their explanations were both thorough and easy to understand. They quickly accommodated a change in my original plan for the renovation and offered options which made for easy decision making. They helped and provided me with the required paperwork including securing a necessary city permit. The work started and ended on time and on budget. They maintained a clean work area throughout the project such that there was little disruption to everyday life. The Take Root Landscaping team of Matt and Ty recently completed an extensive front yard reconfiguration of our home in Burnaby. We wished to remove all grass and create a space with several elements that were important to us such as a sitting area with privacy.From the initial consultation to the design, then installation, Take Root provided very professional service. They listened, explained and drew up detailed plans that included the proposed plantings with ideas for materials that incorporated different textures.Once the work began our job was a priority with Matt, Ty and Will on site over a two week period. We were excited to watch the progress but thrilled with the dramatic change to our front yard.
