All staff were professional and friendly, my Registered Hearing Practioner Lynda, was kind and patient taking me through the hearing test. Made sure that I clearly understood the results of the test, what my options were as far as hearing aids. She carefully explained that the first couple of weeks can take some adjustment and I could call them if I was experiencing difficulties. Follow up visit was extremely helpful, I appreciate the time and support given to me in this transition period. I am glad I choose Connect Hearing and would highly recommend to anyone who is starting to experience some hearing loss,

I've been dealing with Connect Hearing for 20 years, in North Vancouver and Royal Oak in Victoria. Both were outstanding and I stayed a customer because of their service & BCAA discount. After moving to Nanaimo and experiencing the receptionist both over the phone and in person, I'm not sure I will stay with them as she was curt, disinterested and officious. I will definitely try the other branch next time and if no better will shop around.
