VERY BAD SERVICE!! They installed very badly a window and water got in through the walls. Very bad customer service.

I jave to say that this company delivers.The quality and price of the windows, door I have had installed by them is excellent. Everything went smooth and timely, considering the plague times we live in.Dependable!Will recommend to all my friends!

This family run business is an amazing company ! Quality products and professional installations ! Speed of production is fastest in town !Their adminstration team in the office is also very friendly & professional , Its a pleasure to deal with them ! Would 100% recommend.

I can not say enough good things about this family run business. They are professional but with a friendly touch. After visiting many other companies I have notice the excellent quality of there doors and windows and there staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have listened to my needs and showed me all the possibilities with respect and understanding. I have and all ways will recommend Astra Fenestration to family and friends. Thank you again.

Not to happy, with the service very disappointed. I had a new door put in my living room balcony 2 months ago, and rains inside rain is coming through the door. I called 3X for someone to come change my door I’m still waiting. Now my wooden floors are getting ruined.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !This was the worst experience I could have ever imagined ! They like to use people as their personal interact machine. They call for money which is illegal when the job is not finished! They showed up 8 weeks late, with no phone call. I had to call them multiple times for them to actually show up to work after I gave them a deposit of $1200. The finally showed up and worked for 1 day, 2 hours after the employees showed up, the supervisor shows up to my home asking for $3000 after 2 hours of work and then after we refused he started trying bargain with how much money we will give him that day. After that 1 day of work and giving him $600 (that we agreed to give him because he kept asking for money) they didn''t show up for 2 more days with no phone call. They came 2 days later and installed the rest of the windows and doors and one door was installed completely wrong and started arguing that this is the way it was supposed to work, the workers later saw the door and said it didn't make sense (which we tried to tell them) and had to order a new door after trying to convince us that it was right. Once they were paid in full they disappeared and left my home half way done and in a mess! I called the owner of the company who came to see my house and later also starting ignoring my calls! I had to get someone else to call him to make them come finish the mess they did! BIG SCAMMERS! the work is poorly done and they don't care about their clients!

Beautiful doors and windows, they make everything for you as you need it. Sometimes they have overstock that they'll let go for a reasonable price, great place. Ask for Mike.
