Called them in to my parents place for their sewer line which had been giving them troubles for a couple of years (previously - other companies only recommended they rooter/clean the line which did not solve the problem - was only a short term fix). Mr Rooter sent a camera down the line & immediately assessed the problem as a broken line & had it repaired within the day. It has been a year now & no recurring problem.My mother (whom is hard to please - just ask my wife!) was extremely happy with the service, their politeness & with price!

The plumber was great, super nice, friendly and personable service. Explained everything really well and I felt confident in his work. It was a bit pricey for what we needed done, a simple fix really so that's the only reason I didn't give a 5*

Called them this morning and they were able to send someone out right away. Kingsley from Mr. Rooter was very professional, explained what he was doing every step of the way and made sure everything was cleaned afterwards. He also was very informative with how to prevent this issue in the future. Very happy with how everything went!

They set us up with an appointment the same day we needed them. If you want effective and efficient work, ask for Kingsley. This guy knows his stuff. Kingsley did great work on our main line pipe problem and ensured we understood what caused it and what we can do to prevent future issues from occurring. Great service overall!

Kamaka knew what he was doing and explained everything every step of the way. We called just to clear our shower drain but the problem was not that simple and he made sure all the problems with our plumbing were fixed including the leak from the pipe from a pedestal sink that a different plumber had installed. He was diligent in making sure everything worked fine and stayed late to do it with a minimum disturbance to us as we work in our home. He was polite and professional all the way. Thanks Kamaka.

Mr Rooter has an excellent staff that are able to provide solutions to any plumbing issue I have come across, and as a property manager there is quite a lot I send their way. Not only do they have vast knowledge of the industry, but exceptional customer service as well. Overall its an absolute pleasure to do business with them and with that comes the peace of mind that you wont have to send them back to fix mistakes !

These people are first rate. We had them reline our service line and they were competent, courteous, and professional throughout. They did encounter a minor technical issue which delayed completion by a bit and they were considerate and accommodating about it. They put our needs and comforts before their own convenience. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

This company explained everything that they were going to do. Although the attempt to fix the issue was not successful, a valid attempt was made and explained to me that it may not work at the beginning. Representative (Jordan) was very careful and respectful as much as possible in regards to keeping everything clean while he worked.
