The Brick

We went into the Barrie Brick location on July 3rd. We were quickly greeted by Mehak who was very willing to help. We only went in to browse for a new bed frame. And quickly purchased a new mattress, box spring, bed frame, mattress cover and pillows. Mehak was approachable and had a great sense of humour. She mentioned it was only her second week on the job so far. She answered all of our questions and helped us get everything we needed and ensured a quick delivery. She was a pleasure to deal with and we can't wait to shop with her again!

The largest purchase that I've made in ten years was a mattress. It meant going from one sale to another and website to website. After much angst and investigation I gave sale credence to a place i dealt with four decades ago, The Brick. Two employees at the Customer Service Department were above and beyond helpful when I had warranty and possible exchange questions. Guadalupe explained just how easy the process is and yes, I did exchange. In fact, Guadalupe made the process as easy as signing my name. Next, I met Dayna who followed up with the physical process of exchange. I thought there would be much more to the follow up investigation/exchange/delivery process but once again, happiness and smiles. Full on thanks for making an above average customer service effort with yours truly. I'm going back to The Brick and buy these two a coffee. That's how impressed I am. Great job you two and thanks again !

I’ve had many experiences with The Brick, but my interactions with Derek and Ronza stand out. I arrived at closing time for a small pick up and they went out of their way to accommodate me. I really appreciated their kindness! Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience today buying our new appliances. Kulvir was amazing. He was patient and extremely helpful. He guided us to the correct appliances. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. Guadalupe at customer service was also very attentive and helpful. All around a great experience. We will definitely come back to deal with these customer agents.

Customer service is zero help. When purchasing a brand new oven we were told wait 20 min to plug in so we did. When we plugged our BRAND NEW oven in it is already broken and we were told that once delivered it is final sale. Pardon? That's like plugging in a brand new TV and the picture not working. We have not even got the chance to use it yet and there was no way of knowing it was like that until it was plugged in. Very disappointed with the customer service. How can this actually be an issue? What happened to good customer service? See attached picture, this was seen as soon as we plugged it in for the first time, haven't even used it.

Amrinder helped us with our purchase today. He didn't waste our time with showing us everything in the store. He asked us exactly what we were looking for and brought us right to the items that matched our description. He was friendly and very helpful! We will continue to shop here in the future. Thanks Amrinder! Andrew who helped us load our furniture into our truck was also friendly and amazing!
