The service was outstanding! Ken always kept us updated with the process and ensured everything was dried appropriately... which even meant he came out on the weekend!With the weekend work we can continue our process and hopefully have our basement back to normal within a week/week and a half of the incident!

Outstanding customer service and quality of service!We engaged SERVPRO after a sewer backup flooded our (and many others) basement. Ken, the owner, was always easy to get in touch with and gave us constant updates on when they would be able to get to us to clean our basement.After the initial cleaning Ken came out to inspect the job and was not satisfied with the quality of the work, so he had another crew clean the basement again at no additional charge. Ken's professionalism and commitment to quality service made an otherwise difficult situation easier to deal with and recover from.

Logan from Servpro came to my house and got my water damage taken care of within an hour of me calling him they are very responsive and good at what they do he was very helpful with the whole process and made the whole thing easy! I would recommend Logan and Servpro of Mankato to all of my friends and family as I feel like they took care of me like I was one of their own. If your basement ever floods call Servpro and ask for Logan!

This is for Ken from the Mankato area only does nothing that the website claims all he did when my water heater flooded my floor was peel back my carpet and bring in drying fans, dehumidifier and a air cleaner he spent 15 minuter in about 4 visits to my home and did a lot of talking but no work and had the nerve to bill me 600 for what this guy is not a professional. I contacted the corporate office and reported him they are the one's that got the bill reduced from 600 to 300. Frankly he deserves nothing because I am still paying to clean up the mess he left.

Ken was wonderful. He answered all my questions he was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

I called Servpro because my basement flooded. I was a mess as I had just installed new carpet! They were so polite and so helpful and were very quick to respond! They came out and were very knowledgeable and actually informed me that the problem was my sump pump! They were very professional, even dressed professional! There equipment was clean and they even wore protective wear on their feet which was very important as like I said my carpet was new! They got my basement all dried and cleaned up and to my surprise there isn’t even any smell! Hands down the best company I have ever dealt with, I will definitely be referring them and calling them again if I ever need! Thanks again Ken for all your help, I really appreciate it!
