Excellent, healthy, fresh food and great delivery service. I've been getting meals from Saute for 3 years, and they have really matured into a great meal service. I took off just one star because, using them for a long time, I got a little bored with the repetition of meals. Also, I tend to prefer more flavouring in my meals but I understand that they have to hit that middle ground to please everyone, and it's easy to add a spritz of hot sauce. This year I think they have increased the spicing a bit. Some very tasty meals recently. They are very responsive to feedback, and pleasant to deal with.

My job often requires long hours and weekends. I often do not have time to make meals and/or grocery shop.Sauté provides me with the opportunity to have healthy meals at a reasonable price so I don't have to eat every meal out!In addition the quality and taste of the meals are fantastic. Some of my absolute favourites are the burrito bowl, lemon chicken and the stews! The Smoothies are great too (I just add my own protein and they are perfect for a snack or for a meal). Sauté just started making soup as well which I am very excited about.If you are like me and you are trying to remain healthy but it's almost impossible to find the time, or if you just don't like to cook - try sauté!

We used Saute's services for a few meals delivered for a colleague's family that was needing a little extra comfort and support. The customer service provided by the entire Saute team, specifically Katia and the Support Team, was excellent and made the whole process seamless; especially since we were coordinating from the States. Thankful for a great experience!

Whether it's fresh or frozen, I've enjoyed the flavour, quality and serving size of Saute! Saute helps me eat healthy for the same price of a fast food meal. The delivery service during the pandemic has been especially convenient, so I don't have to think about dinner most nights. I highly recommend!

I've been a client of Saute since they opened, and I have to say that the meals are always fantastic ... tasty, balanced and healthy! I've tried the fresh lunches & dinners, smoothies, soups and now their frozen line of meals, and they've all been great! I would highly recommend Saute to keep you on your healthy eating track, or to fill in the gaps when you have no time to cook for yourself, keeping you from making unhealthy food choices on the fly.

There is nothing better than having fresh and exceptionally tasty (not to mention healthy) meals delivered right to your door. The staff at Sauté are incredibly helpful, always quick to answer any questions I have, and hilarious which is a bonus. The meals keep a salon of picky women satisfied and full. Worth every cent and highly recommended.

I am a personal trainer and although I always stress the importance of good nutrition and meal prep, life gets busy and its easy to put your nutrition on the back burner. Saute is the perfect solution for anyone that is looking for a healthy meal on the go or who doesn't have time to meal prep. I order the frozen meal line and what I love most about it is that I no longer waste food. Too many times I would prepare food and it would spoil before I had the chance to eat it all. Saute meals get delivered frozen, right to your door and all you have to do is pop it out of the freezer when you are ready to eat it and warm it up in the microwave or oven. I also love their smoothie line for a nutritious breakfast or for a snack on the go. Not only is Saute convenient and healthy but the meals and smoothies taste delicious too, you can't go wrong!
