What a refreshing difference it was to deal with such a professional and customer service orientated dealership. From my first enquiry regarding a vehicle until delivery, they made sure everything was looked after, I was completely satisfied and that they provided me with top notch service. I highly recommend this dealership and will be back for other vehicles for sure.

I was looking for a used car for some time and decided to hop around local dealerships to get an idea of the types of cars available right now. One of the salesmen, Ehsan, was extremely helpful and professional in helping me find the car that's right for me, while also checking in to make sure all my questions were answered regarding financing and leasing options, as well as warranty plans. Not to mention the smooth process I had with finance and insurance staff who helped big time.

Our sales rep Ehsan and sales manager Brian did a phenomenal job in getting us our factory-ordered 2022 Buick Envision Avenir. Not only did we receive a great trade-in offer, but were also given extras such as $200 gas cards, cargo & floor mats in addition to mud flaps.What a beautiful ride. Also should be mentioned is the excellent GM service team that delivers prompt and good mechanical work.We just wish we had a bigger garage so we could buy a Tahoe or Yukon Denali too !!Many thanks,Rob & Marisa

I never write negative reviews as I don’t bother sharing negative feedback. However, this review needs to be posted as a warning for future clients at this establishment. I went to purchase a car back in mid January. It was a Chevy Malibu and I really like the car. I noticed the car had rust on the hubs and the front brakes make whistle noise when applied. I booked an appointment for the brakes. James, the sales person who sold the car, told me that he’d take care of this issue. This is something they should’ve investigated before the sale was made. They told me to just drive and the rust with sound will subdue on its own. I messaged James a week later and I actually didn’t get booked in until a few weeks ago (I was waiting for 3 months because the “loaner was busy” and he didn’t mean to “ghost” as he messaged once) After all these months, this is how they returned the car (as shown in video and image) They didn’t sand anything and the sound is there still. I took a video as they “couldn’t hear it” and now there’s nada coming from James. Stay wary of making purchases here and ensure stuff is inspected, I saw reviews here they are infamous for leaving stuff out. If I knew they sold cars as is, I would’ve took my business elsewhere.

Absolute tragedy of a buying experience. 3rd time customer and likely my last. Found the truck I wanted at another dealership and gave Eagle Ridge GM the chance to bring it in so we could get the sale done local. Was miss treated and not given the requested options for financing, was made to wait hours only to be made to come back another day and wait more hours to get financing on the day I was scheduled to come back. Being promised tax benefits from trading in was not able to benefit from the tax benefits of trading in because no time or effort was put into giving me the best scenario or option. Vehicle was delivered with scuff marks and food/candy on the seats and steering wheel. Had to fight for promised trade value of my trade in. Was delay days to pickup my cheque on my trade. Was given a non-certified cheque that the bank wanted to hold. Scratched up dash from dealer installed accessory, after all the kerfuffle was told they would meet their original offer on the trade value and told I would be cut a cheque for the difference only to be shorted $200 on the cheque because I was given gas cars for the mistakes and damaged that was occurred from their dealer. Promised a gift card to their service department to purchase some dealer swag but I never received it. Last the icing on the cake after 2-3 weeks of dealing with this terrible experience I was told by the sale rep that the truck I purchased that they brought in that I had found for them wasn't even the truck. It was another truck like it from the same dealership. I was completely lied too and led to believe it was the same truck. Might not be a big deal to some but to me it was because there were factory options that I was expecting that are not on the truck I was sold plus it was a deceitful to lie and told it was the truck.In hindsight instead of giving the opportunity to the sale rep and dealership whom I thought I had a relationship with from past purchases, I would have gone to the dealer from where I found the truck and purchased from them. An absolute travesty.

Absolutely impressed with the service and attention to personal concerns when dealing with trucks. Josh was who we initially touched base with via messenger. His response time was so awesome and after hours as well. You don't get that very often. We initially were just going to drive by" because we have been through the ringer

Had an amazing experience at the dealership. My salesman Ehsan Khoeeni Ha was very communicative, polite, and considerate to all my needs. He found me the perfect truck I desired, a 2022 GMC Canyon Elevation.Kathy Stewart, the Business Manager, provided a very informative experience in terms of finance and paperwork. Buying your first new vehicle is difficult, but she made the experience a lot easier!The overall dealership atmosphere and experience was a breathe of fresh air and I would recommend their dealership to anyone!

I was on the search for a Chevy Bolt and reached out to this team. Ali got back to me quickly and let me know he didn't have one for me. I continued my search. He reached out to me again to check on my search and I let him know I was unsuccessful. He told me I could come in and put a deposit down and hope someone cancelled their order, otherwise he'd get me a 2024 equinox. I thought this was a good plan so I did. He showed me the bolt and equinox, then helped me put a deposit down. He told me if my old car died while waiting he would help me with a lease in the meantime. I left feeling relieved, a weight was off my shoulders! I knew this team wouldn't leave me hanging. Another dealership ended up finding me a bolt, so I purchased that vehicle at the other dealership. However, this dealership is much closer to home and they told me they'll still take care of me and my new car. Ali and the manager Jeff were just so great.
