Unfortunately we did not have a good experience today with the bagels we ordered through skip the dishes. We ordered two of the same sandwich on different types of bagels. We paid for avocado on both but only got it on one. THEN we paid for cream cheese on one but they put it on the wrong bagel! The bagels themselves were tasty but then when I was about halfway through my bagel I found myself chewing on a quarter sized piece of plastic that was found in my bagel sandwich.

I would love to give this place 5 stars because their bagels, cream cheese and sandwiches are great!Unfortunately the lack of good customer service makes this a 3 star review. Some staff members are reasonably pleasant but there are a few that act like they don't want to be there let alone talk to customers.In the past month we've picked up bagels and sometimes sandwiches three times and all three times the staff made us wish we had ordered delivery instead. A wise word to the staff members that don't like their jobs.... There are plenty of opportunities to work at other places. It makes me sad to think this great shop might be losing sales due to poor customer service.

The environment was nice and cozy. The menu was easy to follow. Bagels were tasty but price is quite high. Not a lot of options for hot drinks which would have been nice to have alongside bagels. Overall it’s a decent place for a Sunday breakfast.

This place is fine, but nothing blew me away. Found the bagels to be very thin and so coated in toppings that they were hard to eat (everything bagels). Nice to be able to get delivery though.

The bagel shop is delicious and authentic. However, it takes FOREVER to make a fan sandwich. Like 20 minutes. If you don’t order ahead, fully expect to stand awkwardly in the restaurant while you watch the Gen Z staff operate at an unbelievably slow pace.

Service was good, received my order promptly. Free wifi and nice seating. Spent an hour or two studying while I was waiting for my car to get done. Only complaint was the lox bagel, the smoked salmon they used on it kind of bothered my stomach after.

Such a tasty experience! I had The Big Bird and it was so much more than I anticipated. Loaded with their in house made turkey. Messy but worth every cent. The pickles...ohhh the pickles- dynamite! Their bagels are dense and delicious. I ended up bringing home a bag of bagels with their herb and garlic cream cheese. Best I've had in the city!

Very solid little place, decent prices, quick and friendly service.The bagel sandwiches were delicious.We had .. .. ..The proper loxThe nypThe big birdAll were filling and put together well.The washroom was clearly part of the whole building and not just the restaurant... it was not in good shape and I felt that it was unusable.The young lady behind the seemed receptive of the comment and hopefully it got delt wotg for the next people

I love the idea of a bagel shop! Especially with Great Canadian Bagel closing down. However, I do find the bagels to be smaller than expected and for it to be a little more pricey then I expected.For two bagels with cream cheese, two coffee and tip, it was about $19.00. I love supporting local, but I also believe in fair pricing. If you are going to charge more for an artisanal product, calculate your tip INTO THE PRICE and pay your staff accordingly. No one would even notice.The bagels were good, but nothing I would highly suggest or come back for again and again. But the cream cheese was stellar. The herb and garlic was so fresh and flavourful (like Philadelphia herb and garlic cream cheese, but on steroids). And the smoked Gouda and bacon was really smoky.All in all, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I look forward to trying something else on their menu in future.
