Doesn’t even worth one star. Bought furniture in Feb scheduled to deliver near the end of March. I checked with the store 3 days before the delivery date, one person said they forgot my deliver and the delivery person is on vacation that day so they could not deliver. Asked them when can they deliver, another person then said the furniture I ordered is not in the store yet so I have to wait. They are not sorry about their mistake. After 5 minutes of arguing, the manager only gave me 1.6% off because all furniture I bought were already the best deals and said the sofa bed will be put together, then of course they changed their mind again saying “we never assemble furniture” when the furniture arrives.

When Geoff heard I was waiting for service under warranty on my new fridge that quit working, he immediately passed it to Tristin and the team. I was blown away when I got a call the NEXT DAY - they had a brand new fridge for me to borrow until the tech could come. Christmas was saved!! Big thank you to Tristan and the gang!! Above and beyond service :)

Excellent service and pricing. Thank you Hope, Virginia, and Jaidyn. You all made my experience an exceptional one. I purchased a great deal of items from The Brick. These girls went above and beyond in service and pricing to ensure that I received the best possible experience. A month and a half later I went back and purchased even more and these girls continued to ensure I got the best possible service and pricing. I will be back to this location every time I need anything and I recommend to all to go and see them for all your household needs. The Brick needs to give these girls a promotion and raise! Be smart and insure you (The Brick) never lose such exceptional staff!

Not the greatest experience, long wait for a king sized mattress over the boxing day sales. Once order came in a few months later, they only gave 24 hours notice for return. The bed is hard as a rock. It was manufactured cheaply from Delta BC. $1,200 down the drain. I thought it just needed breaking in but no. I never had so much back pain in my life, very uncomfortable!I' I'm never ordering from the Brick again...mattresses anyway!!
