Camping Ste-Madeleine
I can’t say enough good things about the staff in the office. Lynne and her sidekick Linè (spelling?) were both extremely helpful, friendly, and made our 3 day stay much easier. They made us feel welcome. Much of the park is seasonal, but the transient sites are accessible and level. It’s a good 30 minutes from Montreal, and there is some highway noise, but I would happily stay again.

Ok place for the night as we travel, however we did not need a sewage line so they put us next to people who had their garbage bag outside, open & attracting flies & burning plastic in the fire pit. The gal kinda hesitated when booking us & I feel they knew who we were next to & should have given us a better site away from the rif raf, for a better review. There were many open sites away from this area. Also, if your business is in tourism, you may want to consider an English translation for the page of rules & also for the direction on how to use the pay showers.

Only stay here if you have to. Highway is so loud. Your trailer literally rocks. Found garbage on our site when we arrived. Only nice part is the playground for kids.

It’s fine for what it is. A trailer park - not real camping. Great to stop and sleep. You got wifi , clean washrooms and .25 cent showers. 25 cents for 5 min shower.

It was an untouched forest, very beautiful place. original natural place. I was happy to see a forest in its original form. Many unseen plants in their habitats, clean air. Happy to stay there, and a very relaxing view of nature. Eager to go everytime.

We arrived late and the gentleman working the desk waited an extra 20 minutes for us then gave us an escort to our site. So kind and nice. Clean, well maintained and lovely people!!
