Pops went for a test a few months back and we got no communication about results. Now they want us to visit again??? Customer service needs to be improved

Customer Service gets Zero!I don’t recommend this Location!I brought my grandma for an ambulatory heart monitor last Friday and the receptionist on shift never mentioned any fee of $70 cash.Today I went to return the device and the receptionist was a different one and told me that I should have paid last Friday, but because “I didn’t have the cash” I now have to pay it.My answer was that it’s ok I pay today but I would clarify that I was not asked to pay at all on Friday to which she insisted that the receptionist left a note stating we were requested payment but didn't have the bills available.Honestly, I argued back because this was not true and I find it very serious to make up something like that. My conclusion is that she might have forgotten and so this story was made up.But this attitude of the receptionist today was unacceptable. Instead of apologizing for their error and what I told her, she spoke to me as if I was not interested in paying making me feel like I’m lying. Simply repulsive.They should train staff better and assume their mistakes but most importantly, not lie about communication with the patients.Thanks.

I had a terrible experience with the front desk of the center this afternoon . I arrived at 1:30 pm for my 1:40 appointment and was the only patient there. 15 minutes later another patient comes in and asks the receptionist when will he see the doctor , she told him that there is one patient ahead of him (me) he told her that he was in a rush and have to return to office . A few minutes later the doctor comes and they let him in first , when I asked them why did they let him in before me they didn’t know what to say except that he was in a rush and each receptionist blamed the other for letting him in ahead of his turn , the guy stayed with the doctor for a good 30 minutes..I told the receptionists that it seems that he was only in a rush to skip the line but once he was with doctor he didn’t mind taking his sweet time . I left the clinic at 2:30 without seeing the doctor as I couldn’t wait any longer. Totally disappointing from the very incompetent front desk.

Most effective and adhere to time frame

I cannot understand, had my stress test on Dec 18,2021 till today no one call for phone consultation. When I called the office, the answering machine has the message closed for the holiday.
