Durring my visit this afternoon it appears that staples needs to hire more people due to lack of staff, and long wait times. I made a purchase online, couldnt get my order filled, then had to go in person to get a refund. Worst system the 21st centery ever seen! I would rather travel to pickering and get faster professional service than to come to this store again.

My go to Staples location. Never very busy here and there is a large parking lot out front. Staff are always available and helpful. Store is big and well organized and appears clean and well kept. Everything you could possibly need for the office or computer. I buy my printer car there and they are always in stock.

I need to use the print shop to print SAME DAY business cards. As this is not actually an option that staples provides, both Kailan and Neil went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed. We spent 5 hours total troubleshooting to get the best result. THANK YOU NEIL, your help and kindness was beyond and I will always come to this print shop for any further printing!!!

Great customer service from the printing shop. Great rates! I went on a Saturday morning and it was a bit slow but totally understandable, because there aren’t good print shops nearby with decent quality. I’d definitely recommend it anytime.

Very helpful staff in printing area. Were able to help with a slightly complicated request and knew exactly the perfect work around when we hit a snag. Great rates as well. Job well done. Very happy with their service.

Their printing services (copy machines) are awful. I was only able to print one PDF at a time. The machine was slow and it took a long time. Staff who were working there were chatting with one customer and didn't help others.

This location for Staples has constantly frustrated me for their lack of customer service particularly in their printing/copy department. I’ve dealt with rude staff, misinformation in their printing centre and no work-around when there has been no clear indication on payments, etc. Kiosks are set up for “ease of service” however don’t miss the “fine print at the bottom of the page” telling you to pay at the service desk. The debit machine at the kiosk doesn’t prompt for payment and the print is so small no one sees it. Called to try to pay over the phone to be told I’d need to come in again. Staples, please figure it out.

This staples could be a good place because it is spacious and well stocked, however, they really need to manage their employees better - everytime I go, the shipping/printing department is short staffed. There's usually just one person managing both shipping and printing, with a long lineup of customers... meanwhile the rest of the employees (cashiers, tech department, floor staff) are standing around chatting with one another. It is absolutely ridiculous! I go here often for my small business and personal needs and I have experienced this each time. Put more staff where they are needed! I mean it's not rocket science! At least during the busy holiday season when customers are coming in to print photos, cards, personalized gifts, and also mailing them to loved ones. It is super frustrating watching an employee spend 15 minutes fixing a customer's photo for printing while there's a swarm of customers waiting around to be assisted with quicker things.

I have been doing business with Staples for many years, personally and for work. One little thing always destroys a relationship. I recently purchased online, a D-Link 5 port desktop switch. Item arrived on time but was defective. Simply does not turn on. I went to this store to return item and was told not all parts are accounted for in the box. Items missing are Quick Start Guide and Wall Mount Kit. Could someone tell me what the Wall Mount Kit looks like, because I'm sure it is the back of the metal box???? The defective switch and power adapter are all accounted for. This was not good enough and I was not allowed to return. I find this very hard to believe. If staples would like my business back, simply reach out to me with a solution here.
